Spin on grass is roughly 1000 rpm's higher than mats. It's enough spin, and enough loft. Don't nit pick.

Golf Warehouse Atlanta From Golf Monthy... if you are using a 7-iron, your backspin should be around 7000 rpm. If it is well below this (at around 5000 rpm), you will struggle to get the flight you need to stop the ball on the green.

thanks for the review. if i'm reading the #s right, it looks like the dispersion was more than twice as good with the exs? probably would have been a good thing to mention. Some feedback on the exs with the Tensei Blue iron shafts would be much appreciated.

The G700 does not have foam in the head. It is a hollow body club.

BOUGHT EXOTICS THIS YEAR AND HAVE PLAYED PINGS MY WHOLE LIFE THESE TOUR EXOTICS HAVE ADDED 10-15 YARDS TO MY IRONS I FEEL 30 AGAIN

Great review. I'd love to see you review the new Wilson Staff D7 irons as well. They fit in the same category as the G700 & EXS irons, but appear to be a much better value.

Say what’s the difference between the A wedge and Gap wedge

They are one and the same. Some companies call it gap, some approach, and some (U) utility. All between the pitching wedge and sand wedge in loft.

Usually, they are the same thing with different names (like how hybrid is also called utility or rescue club). However, there are certain products that have both in them. For example, Callaway Rogue X iron set has PW, AW, GW, and SW. The difference between AW and GW in that product is primarily the loft 46 vs 51.
