During the candy discussion, Bettel said that Hershey chocolate taste like vomit. He isn't wrong. The recipe for Hershey chocolate is made with milk. During the chocolate making progress, the milk naturally goes through a progress called lipolysis. During lipolysis, the fatty acids in the milk decompose, which gives the chocolate a "sour milk" like after taste. So Bettel is right about the weird acidic after taste in Hershey chocolate.
