Pani puri as the name itself describes small crispy puri's are served with khatta meetha Pani.
Indians can never say no to Pani puri instead they say 'muh me pani aa gaya' looking at Pani puri stall. Many flavored Pani is available now in market and the puri's are also made of various flours. Here I have made the puri's with sooji also called Bombay rawa.
Ingredients:
Bombay rawa - 1/2 cup
Maida - 2 tbsp
salt a pinch
oil for deep frying
