By far the best RPG of SMS.. This game was so good it was worth typing in that horrible password every time we played it. It took 4 of us working together for who knows how many weeks to finish it. My sister maped out every level by hand!!

That damn password lmao. I'd write it down and half the time it wouldn't work when I typed it in later. But what a great game it was.

It's a good one for sure, Phantasy Star was the most amazing I thought .I think Y's was incredible as well. The soundtrack to Y's is insane.

Roberto Lee this game is fantastic. Phantasy Star is a bit better...I prefer to say different. A remix of Golvellious definitely I will buy it.

This is my favorite SMS game and my first rpg! No matter what i say its not gonna be enough for this game! I really pray they will bring it back someday! One man can dream. Editing 2 weeks later! Oh my God the game is coming to Nintendo Switch and probably to other consoles as well! I cant believe this! Im crying in joy!!!

I played the heck out of this game when I was a teen, great fun and awesome music! I remember when I accidentally discovered the sound test room, I spent the whole afternoon listening to all the music over and over. Wonderful memories!

I used to love the sound tests on the Master System. I would cycle through songs and before you knew it, two hours had gone by...

Some of the best soundtracks ever produced to video games! Don't know why, but in the 80's when I was a teen and played this game, the Theme from Overworld 5 gave the creeps!

For me.....the track for Overworld 5 made me feel untoppable, lol. U get the flying boots in this level...and are finally able to walk over those damn trees! Loved this game.

I never had this game, but I can imagine how blown away I would have been if I heard this intro for the first time. That intro says, "This game is awesome, kid!".

I have such cherished memories of this game. It has visually stunning and had such an amazing soundtrack. I loved how big and diverse the world was and all the interesting creatures that inhabited each area. Getting a new upgrade made you feel more powerful as you progressed and I loved how the overworld music changed as you became more powerful. The only drag about the game was all the grinding for money, but it was fun experimenting with the environment to find the best grinding spots.

The song Randar at 10:05 is also a song in Guardian Legend for NES, which was also composed by Masatomo Miyamoto. As soon as I heard it I knew I’d heard it before!!

I had to look it up, but it is apparently the item shop theme in that game. Haven’t played it in along time, but it has a great soundtrack!

The SMS has an incredibly limited audio system. In spite of that, the composer of this soundtrack knew how to make the most of it. A great soundtrack.
