i came to watch opening night in notts on tuesday and ended up coming again yesterday! it was truly incredible and i've fallen in love with the rest of the cast so much! Cameron is genuinely one of my new favourite people, a brilliant actor and a lovely man when i met him!

That's really interesting that you immediately thought Pugsley's girlfriend would fall for Gomez instead of Pugsley, because that's exactly what happens in an episode the original 1964 show! I'm not sure of the exact episode, but Pugsley has a crush on his teacher, and copies one of Gomez's old love notes for Morticia to give to his teacher. The teacher assumes the note is really from Gomez, and falls immediately for Gomez instead, much to Morticia's disapproval. I'm not sure if you watched the shows to get into character, but if you haven't, that's quite spot-on!

Gomez is absolutely hilarious in the show, i loved him!

The show is surprisingly emotional, in addition to the hilarity; in the opening number, the force of the sound when you all hit the big note harmonies (goosebumps), willing you on through every note of Pulled and getting choked when you hit the last belt. Literal sobs through Happy/Sad (hitting us parents right in the feels) and Fester's song to the moon. A show is special when it can impact even the average person. I don't go to the theatre (very much a one off for me) and I don't get emotional at things easily and yet I came out grinning and with my soul singing 🤗

This is the first time I’ve heard Cameron without his Spanish accent, and he sounds soooo British. Though i dont know what i expected

I just saw Cameron playing Gomez once again as the Addams family opened tonight in Dublin! Four years after seeing him alongside you in Dublin when you were here, a long hiatus from seeing shows and a pandemic later, and the show was brilliant as ever🖤🖤 Cameron was truly stellar, not that I’m surprised of course, and he even did a hilarious and dead on Irish accent during full disclosure, it was gas!! Seeing the show reminded me of this video specifically and now I reckon I’m about to fall down a watch-me-Wednesday Mortimer hole. Seeing the show also made me think of you and how your memories of your time playing Wednesday may have been tainted by recent changes in your life… I can only hope you still look back with fondness, and if you can’t right now then that someday you will again:) Thinking of you and hoping you’re doing ok, and that Wednesday’s boldness and courage (and madness) is still inside you and that you remember it during tough times like these.
