Thank you sooo much! Every few months I look to see if someone uploaded the audiobook again and you have!!!! Thank you! I love falling asleep or painting to it
The voice is SO bad. Not a whiff of the Southern accent. Why? Can u imagine what the movie would have sounded if there were not THAT specific accent/southern drawl? UNWATCHABLE
Thanks, I do listen, although there are several distractions: (1) there is a long pause after every mention of "Mrs.", which should not be there; (2) whenever the slaves talk, their speeches are very hard to understand. Thanks for the effort.
Thank you for posting this! I am listening in conjunction with reading the book. I know the voice is AI, but it doesn’t bother me at all. You definitely should post more great books!
@@Full-Length-Audiobooksit's a little stilted but acceptable. Maybe work on the dialect bits bc I have to look at the screen to decipher those parts, otherwise thanks.
Thank you for the feedback. Could you please point to some examples? I'd like to improve the process to get better results. I plan to remake at least some of these recordings.
Thank you for the feedback. This is indeed using synthesized voice, but one of the best available, in regards to clarity and intonation, closer to human voice. While it may still sound odd, especially for native speakers, there are many who find it listenable (based on the feedback). I myself have been listening to books read in synthesized voice for a few years. I plan to add audiobooks in other audio formats as well in the near future.
Apparently, the people commenting have gone so long without hearing human voices, or hearing literature read properly that these confused robotic intonations are somehow acceptable! Please bring back decent, intelligent, HUMAN NARRATION!!! Or DON’T post anything at all. Want to hear this novel but don’t want to pay?
