Tips for Goniometer
- Fulcrum : screw at the center of the body that allows the moving arm to move freely in the body of the device.
- Stationary Arm : the arm of the goniometer that aligns with the inactive part of the joint measured.
- Moving Arm : the arm of the goniometer, which aligns with the mobile part of the joint measured.

Hi ! Waddle walk usually having weakness of Gluteus medius muscle. I recommend related exercise.

Here are the instructions for gluteus medius exercise. 1. Side Lying Position. 2. The gluteus medius muscle that you are exercising should be on top. 3. Keep both legs straight, lift your top leg up. 4. Maintain 10 secs then, slowly come back. 5. Try 10 repetition 2 set everyday.

My problem I had an accident from 10 years , this accident A fracture of one-third of the left thigh, and as a result I had atrophy in the anterior quadriceps muscle and severe weakness in the hip muscles. Since then, I have become depressed and have abstained from physical therapy. How can I strengthen them?
