The girl on the first second was the new girlfriend of the boy (the boy who was clapping at the start) He was very proud of her until someone unexpected performed on the stage. And It was his ex-girlfriend, Aria. Aria couldn't move on. So, she decided to write a song about him. (Just pretend the song "good 4 u" was written by Aria, kk? T3T) And sings it for her performance.
