I used to assemble these at Lowe’s. It’s amazing how much better built the Weber grills are over the other ones especially charbroil. Everything on Weber stuff always lines up with no issues. I just wish Weber wouldn’t have gone away from their heavier lid that held heat in better. The old silver series if you can find one is a great grill. Also the burners going front to back isn’t as good as left to right especially if you use a rotisserie.
If you see this post, would you be so kind as to give the length and depth of the grilling area , please? We cook ALOT of food at once on our grill when we have a party or family over. Was considering actually MAKING a permanent grill out of brick and mortar to suit our needs, but saw this and was wondering about those dimensions. Great video. Thanks
You live life on the edge by turning on all burners to start the grill directions state start with left burner on high only to much gas makes things go BOOM! The back burner that you call it is not a burner but a flame tube to start all the other burners off the 1st left burner there is no cooking power from it
How much smoke does it produce when everything's clean? Also, does the top of the lid get hot to the touch from the outside? I am looking for one for a tighter condo patio which is open up top but small dimensionally
The rear burner clogged with moderate use. You can clear it with a wire brush. The overall grill is good and gets up in temperature fast for great grilling of steaks.
When closing the lid the plates or whatever is stored on the rack fall onto the grill. The rack is too close to the lid. Who designed this? For that alone I would not buy this Grill again....now that I am stuck with it.
Actually you can use both sides. I find that the way he has them you can put hot-dogs and sausages along the channels so they don't roll away. then they cook evenly when you turn them.
