The partially planned but fully unhinged garden makeover continues!
Featuring re-laying garden bed borders, finding Very Big Worms, and the continuing battle against Past Me who laid a bunch of stupid landscape fabric. This is the continuation of some major changes I will be making in the back yard this year. Who knows how many total parts will make up this journey, but this is Part 2!
Let me know what you think I should plant in the new "spring garden"/former chicken run! I probably already started on it by now, but WHO KNOWS.

Do you have any plans for your garden this year? How do you plan projects? And do you stick to the plan? Let me know! Your project and process doesn't have to be perfect - just GOOD ENOUGH for you.

Oh great idea! I have a couple of blueberry bushes I dug up that need a new home. Maybe I will try that...

Wait....is this a spoof on gardening? If not no offense meant. I'm just so confused. I did have this wild thought, you could grow everything in grow-bags, then you could move things around, daily, but only if this isn't some sort of Garden Catfish thing. I think I'm going to have to go back to your 1st garden video to get your style or goal.. Great video!

No offense taken! Not a spoof... I do actually garden and do a lot of projects, but in a very silly way. :)

@@goodenoughmn I think my confusion was because every video (with few exceptions) is super "YOU MUST DO IT THIS WAY OR YOUR PLANTS WILL DIE" - I'm sure you know what I mean. I do things in my garden (zone 7a/b New Jersey) that failed when I followed advice, and stuff that thrived when I broke the rules. I didn't expect to find someone like you, who isn't so uptight. I can only think of one other (The Impatient Gardener) who isn't uptight about gardening. Not to make this some long message - I just wanted to clarify that finding your videos was shocking to be so relatable, I guess I didn't believe it. Not a spoof- really damn cool. I've only been gardening in a real way 4 years - I don't know S*&^%. In fact I'm pretty sure I'm training a weed and not a clematis to go up the trellis.

@@erint2419 OMG that makes me so happy. That is *lit'rally* why I started making videos... I'm super imprecise, don't follow directions, and have learned SO MUCH and have so much fun. My goal is to remind people that for most of us, gardening is a hobby and it should be fun and it doesn't matter if you do it "right" or not. I hope you will stay in touch. ☺

@@goodenoughmn OK good, 'cus I'm pretty sure I came off as salty or high with my first comment. That's the thing right? Reminding ppl why we are out there doing this, sweating, nurturing little plants, dealing with bugs and all the crap - the behind the scenes of an Instagram post. I was caught unaware with genuine gardening- your videos. I've moved roses over and over, I've got another arbor in my front room for us to put together, my dining room is overtaken with dahlia tubers pre-sprouting, it's a glorious mess! Need some dahlias? Winter east coast days drove me to clicking away and adding to my cart- let me know. I'm feeling some shame at the idea I clutched my pearls! LOL. I can't wait to see how your garden grows- I'm really excited to find your video!
