This is a mdf panel. I have primed with gesso and toned with a mix of burnt umber and white. I also regularly paint on stretched canvas. Thanks for watching 😀

Trust me most people can’t do what you just did. Maybe a few came to your workshop and did that well but the fact that they came to the workshop might indicate that they have good artistic instincts already even though they haven’t had art lessons

I guess Bob Ross has been mentioned already. Different style in most every way, same spirit. I paint weird things, it’s the techniques that grab me. Holding the brush that way because it’s loose but also easier to film is strangely inspiring, from the mundane to interesting art.
