This show was an underrated gem! 💎 It was certainly Disney's most grounded show since "Lizzie McGuire", and similar to "Andie Mack", in that it was simply about a normal family and their new baby, without anyone having a double life. 👨👩👦👶💜
I have to say back in the day when That's So Raven, Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place, Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Suite Life on Deck, Phil of the Future, and Sonny with a Chance were all the rage with double lives and life being a famous person or living at someplace extraordinary like a hotel or a cruise I remember wondering was Disney Channel ever going to go back to the roots of a normal family sitcom like Lizzie McGuire and Even Stevens? Then when Good Luck Charlie came out I got excited for I was like, "Whew! About time!" Nowadays I feel like Disney Channel has done a wonderful job keeping shows that are extraordinary things or normal things back to back by having shows out like Andi Mack which I never saw the full thing of but always wanted too, Stuck in the Middle, and Sydney to the Max and I LOVE IT! I want them to keep it up! :) Nothing against shows with double lives or extraordinary things but we need normalcy too! Lol:)
If your looking for a specific character: 0:30 tucker albrizzi (Jake) 1:37 Luke benward (bo) 2:46 Raven goodwin (ivy) 3:50 Shane Harper (Spencer) 4:51 Eric Allan kramer (Bob) 6:00 Jason dolley (PJ) 7:01 Leigh-allyn baker (Amy) 8:14 Bradley Steven Perry (Gabe) 9:19 Mia taletico (Charlie) 10:42 Bridget mendler (teddy)
I remember that this show was the first Disney Channel show to introduce a lesbian couple. Taylor's two moms in the penultimate episode of the series, Down a Tree.
Kelly Heath yes. He was the first main character to be gay. But before that, Good Luck Charlie was the first to show a lesbian couple. Years before Andi Mack
very very great fun list I like it a lot great job mis mojo one of my very favorite list ever good luck Charlie is one of the very best tv shows ever with a great cast
I always enjoyed Good Luck Charlie. It was a really good show. It was a big part of the Disney channel that I grew up with. I can’t believe how much Mia Talerico has grown. 😍
I love that the Netflix clips, or at least the Mr. Iglesias ones played so far, have the closed captioning turned on. That's how I watch all my streaming
Random internet girl 2.0 Sorry but I don’t like Jessie. It hasn’t aged well. It has a lot of racist stereotypes, unlikable characters and the jokes were insensitive. Shake it Up hasn’t aged well either for most of the same reason
Luke benward was in you make it easy by Jason aldean. I can’t believe you forgot that. You did beau who you said was in 6 episodes but yet where was Emmett or skylar. Bradley was also the colead in mighty med. why didn’t you mentioned Bridget got married?
Ah Luke Benward, to me he will always be known as one of those actors that had a major growth spurt and got really tall. I still wonder who had a bigger growth spurt: him or Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom from Harry Potter)
I was watching the final season of Fuller House where the guys went out before the wedding, and they encountered a big tough guy. I knew him right from the voice: It was Eric Allan Kramer. I'm also in season 3 rewatching GLC itself
She remembers because they talked her about it all her life and she watched Good Luck Charlie during her childhood and because of pictures :) if she hadnt watched it or talked about it she wouldnt remember it
Merry Happy Whatever wasn't much of a loss to Bridgit. She wasn't even looking for acting work when she was offered the role because she was attending Harvard Law School. Her former Undateable costar and onscreen love interest submitted footage from Undateable between him and Bridgit as part of his audition and the producers loved the chemistry between them that they got in touch with Bridgit.
