This makes me feel so calm. I needed this. Been feeling so sad, and my anxiety is killing me. Also, feeling so alone, everyone that I love is leaving me behind. I feel lost, maybe a little depressed. It's hard to hide from my parents how I really feel with so much going on at the moment. It's hard to live the day. And just by listening to this, something tells me that everything is gonna be ok. I am praying for you 🙏🏼 you are not alone, so many are feeling this way going through mental crisis of existence and purpose. I listen to this every morning at 7:00, (15 minutes after I wake up.) i meditate peacefully and it really boosts my positivity for the day! You, yes you! Try my morning schedule. It helps so much! 6:45- wake up read until 7:00 7:00- meditate while watching the sunrise 7:10- write all your thoughts in a journal. Any thought you have! 7:30-have a healthy breakfast Enjoy your day!
