Good news for the members of Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi. The management is about to fulfill the promise made to members about the possessions of plots. 2024 is the delivery year of Rudn Enclave!
The possessions are expected in 1.5 to 2 months, after Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr. There are certain conditions for the possessions, and selected members will be given possessions. The possessions will be granted in the ready streets of the Executive Block.
Possessions will be awarded to only such members, who want to construct their homes right after. Such members need to submit their installments and clear all dues. They should act fast as limited possessions are planned by the society, around 300-400 residential plots.
Furthermore, the society has also signed an MOU with Olive homes for the construction of Villas in Rudn Enclave Executive Block. Moreover, the development charges will be announced with possessions. As per the officials, development charges will be kept low!
