Sophia, I went on spirinolactone and it was life changing. It is for hormonal acne which what I was experiencing. It took 3 months for it to kick in. I never struggled with acne till I had my son. I got so bad to a point where I had no idea what was going on with my body and what was wrong. Now, I’m acne free.

I love love love your content so much; it makes me so darn comfortable and relaxed. My only point, which I’ve hesitated to say three times now, is your squat form lmao imma be that girl but just wanna help you. As you’re going up, try not to extend those hips… like push them forward. Rather, at that standing position, keep your hips aligned and tighten those glutes to get that booty plumped lol I hope I don’t come off as a know it all, but that’s quite literally my only critique ,:)

Basically, its "i like, my concern, i suggest" so, "I like your ideas, my concern is allowing others to have input, so i suggest we gather up as a team and work off of your idea."
