After using for a week, I’m feeling cheated… a full charge Lets me recharge my iPad and iPhone maybe once and the battery is dead or on its last light…… am I doing something wrong? As of right now I am not impressed and it is not getting anywhere close to what it claims it can do.
My wife and son went camping with this item, & only used this item, for two days, to charge two iPhones & one ipad. I am sorry to hear that you’re not receiving the same results. The changer i use to charge this device, is a 40port, over a 100watt charging station. If you are trying to charge this device with a standard USB charging device, like a 10watt usb charger you use to charge a phone, then it may not fully charge the device. I would use nothing less than maybe an 85 watt charger to fully charge the device. Is this is not the case, then i would replace the item. Good luck.
@@mtandiz can you recommend a link to an appropriate charging port that meets your criteria on Amazon? I don’t have 100 W charger, but I do leave it on charge for several hours and have even set it out in the sun during the day.

The challenge is making a handle extender because the little handle is ridiculous and your hand feels like it’s going to fall off after a minute, never mind the protective flap that doesn’t stay closed and stays in your way while you’re trying to hand crank the device… I had such high hopes for this device, and it has disappointing me at every turn.. I’m wondering if I got a defective battery
@drivethruwalkthru so what's the purpose of the hand crank? Can you use the hand crank to charge it in case you're outside and there's no usb to plug in to charge anywhere? Wondering because I bought this as a backup since I'm traveling soon. I have a battery pack but it won't be enough since I'd only have that 1 so I bought this one as a backup
