Goodbye Grant & Micah 

Grant and Garrett together was easily my favorite part of good good. Sucks to see him go.

Garrett has never once given himself a shred of credit for anything I swear. The dude literally started all of this. Unbelievably humble.

So sad to hear Grant has left. Unfortunately, it’s hard keeping the band together. As you get older, your lives and priorities change. It’s a part of life. Stay strong! You will all survive!

I knew Micah was leaving but I am really shocked by the fact that Grant left.

I really hate to see Grant leave. But once you start getting serious about starting a family, you've got to focus on a stable lifestyle. I see Grant becoming one of the top teaching pros in Florida. I'm very happy for him.

Bubbie is not taking it well. You can read his body language. You can tell he has a big heart and one of the most loyal individuals you’ll meet just by his character

Man Grant was my favorite. Grant and Garret were a killer scramble team. I hope they continue to work together.

Garett and grant videos were unmatched. I hope they continue to make videos because if they don’t that’ll be absolutely heartbreaking.

What I love so much about the Good Good videos is the banter between the golfers and the camera guys. They are all a close family.

You guys struck lightning in a bottle and it was a pleasure to watch especially during Covid. Tough to keep the band together with everyone’s lives pulling them in different directions. Best of luck to everyone!

Remember the 2nd or 3rd podcast in Garrett's basement. Everyone was asked where they see themselves in the future. Micah said on a ranch and Grant said back in Florida by the Ocean. Neither wanted to be in Dallas. The heart wants what the heart wants.

This is deeply saddening. Grant was my favorite, he's hilarious and an unbelievable teammate for the boys. His input and lessons are invaluable.. best of luck Grant Horvat!

Garret, you are a man. you are able to take the burdens of others and make them your own with a smile on your face. You do not complain when confronted with problems, and you just work through them. Congrats on your success with the channel, and many more accomplishments to come.

You guys should get everybody back together during majors. Would be really fun to see grant and Micah a couple times a year.

To be fair to Grant, his Dad is in his 70s, he also just got married, so I’m sure he wants to be back in Florida with his family enjoying some good years with his parents and new wife while he still can.

Grant was heavily unexpected

I remember when this channel was private and you could not even find it when looking it up. I must have been one of the first 1k subs I swear. To see you guys come this far - is nothing short of amazing. The momentum feels bigger now then ever before. Even with "Bro 5" or whatever the core group pushed on and kept going - and now look. I have nothing but the absolute hype for Good Good and any project Matt, Stephen, Garrett, and crew are in.

I just wanna say, and you guys probably won’t see this, but on that chance that you do, that being a fan since the beginning has really been a treat. I feel like I’ve been a part of a fan base that is just supportive and hearing what Steve said about how it’s nice to know that your circle is in it for the long haul, I think that’s really special and it’s nice to be able to watch a video of just you guys all being great friends and playing golf. Thank you guys, I can’t wait for what’s next. P.S. Y’all should go back to Danzante Bay just for an OG Good Good week throwback because I think all the early fans would enjoy that.

You guys have turned into a part of my day, every single day and that will continue no matter what. You changed the game of golf for a lot of people and introduced many of us to it as well. Especially during the pandemic when life was so crazy. Thank you Grant and Micah, and to the rest of you, this is just the beginning for a new group to do new things. We will still be here every step of the way.

It’s sad to see them leave. There’s 500 individual golfers who have RU-vid channels, there is only one Good Good. I hope the door is open to collaborations in the future. Stay motivated guys

The Grant/Garrett vs the Pro's was one of the best series I have ever seen. It was so inspiring and fun to watch them beat the Pro's.

Best of luck to the Good Good brand. Remember what got you to this point and know those same elements will be what takes you further into the future. It's tough to keep the band together, particularly with that many alphas on the team. And the comment below mine in regard to Garrett is 100% spot on...dude gives credit to everyone but himself for the success off Good Good, but at the same time I get the feeling he also is taking the blame for what happened with Micah and Grant. Watching their vlogs, I not once got the impression that they wanted to leave the brand, but that life was pulling them in a different direction than they wanted to go with Good Good. The round Grant played with his dad as caddy when dad said he never gets to see Grant because of all the travel you could see the pain in Grants eyes. I didn't know what it meant at the time but I knew something was up. Best of luck Grant, Micha and Good Good!

As someone who has been a viewer since the early days of GM and since the beginning of good good, this is so heartbreaking. I hope everything is ok with you boys.

Ive been watching Garrett since day 1; matt stephen bubbie and the entire crew from the beginning; I gained so much respect and apreciation for you guys and what you said in this podcast; that means a lot. thank you garrett; matt; stephen; colin; max; and bubbie. I will be a fan for life because of this.

This is life. I respect Grant and Micah for going out on their own and doing it their way how they want to. It’s all gravy bros. Just tip your hat say thank you and carry on.

I'm a 55 year old guy, why do I feel so impacted by this group?! I think for me, it might be the fact that Good Good (and other golf RU-vidrs) were a big part of my mental health during COVID isolation. Thanks for taking the time to share your feelings. All the best moving forward.

He invites Grant in, and they seem closer than brothers and traveling the world doing what they love - golf. From what I've seen, Garrett is a generous person. Must feel like betrayal at this point. I'm absolutely gutted about this, and I personally feel that the dynamic of the group will suffer dramatically, losing Micah was a massive blow, but losing Grant as well is in my opinion devastating, I hope they can retrieve it but at the moment I can't see it. These guys have helped me get through some of the toughest times in my life, and I pray they get through this tough time 🙏

You could literally hear the sadness on Garretts voice on the intro, really feel for the boys. Must have been hard to find out and the thoughts of Good Good carrying on without 2 of the members must be tough. They really must have struggled to come to terms with it but i know they can bounce back from this and take it to another level once again! Love you boys

Loved Micah and Grant both. I wish them nothing but the best in the future. The Good Good guys that are left, are not "left". They are each truly amazing also and will continue to put out great content. I'm so happy I found this channel and will support it as well as Micah and Grant. This one hurts as a fan. Grant leaving came out of nowhere and I really did love his dynamic with everyone. Great golfer, great vibes, this will take a while to get used to.

Not gonna lie, Grant leaving is gonna hurt a lot more than Micah. Grant and Garrett videos on their individual channels were amazing too.

I know most young people hate being told things by the "older" guys but this is just part of the journey. This is NOTHING when you look back......so many things are in your future......content is GREAT.....each and every one of you......and don't think there won't be another leave because it WILL happen at some point......hope its 30 years from now.....but it will happen and the hope is that you know that this is all part of the process.....you are SO FAR AHEAD its crazy. I was a server at topgolf for them all the time Micah and Grant and Matt were always the nicest people no matter if a camera was there or not Garrett Bubbie and Steven while I love there videos were always very rude even to the point I stopped wanting to serve them. Micah touched on Bubbies cursing and not liking his personality seems like he couldn’t get over it sometimes people disagree and can’t work together it happens. And Grant, good for Grant when rewatching his video with his dad you see the true Grant and what I saw at Topgolf all the time he loves family and wants to be in Florida throw whatever you want at me family comes before work. Good for Micah doing his own thing and good for Grant going to support his family also both are married I wouldn’t be surprised if Matt is next your wife is the most important person in your life the others don’t get it yet and it’s ok.

Just started golfing in September and been watching your guys videos ever since I started. Played a lot of scramble and few weeks ago played my first stroke play and shot a 98. There are major venture capitalists behind GG. The Founder/CEO of GG is Matt Kendrick. He also founded the fishing group Googan Squad. He has other venture capitalist partners involved in GG. The GG boys are the band. The men behind the curtain are the financiers and managers. According to Kendrick, Only 20% of the revenue is from RU-vid. Roughly 70% is from apparel. Venture capitalists create bands like GG and Googan Squad because they want to create a huge brand for commercial sales within a lifestyle sport or hobby. GG is launching golf clubs next. According to the GG founder and CEO, they also want to open fixed locations. It would be something in the genre of Top Golf. There likely are two LLCs. One for video content and promotion and one for apparel, merchandise, and brick and mortar. The venture capitalists likely have a bigger stake in the apparel, merchandise, and brick and mortar because it requires a lot of capital to fund goods and services. Micah and Grant probably left because they didn't want to sell their souls any further in the commercialization of the band and push more and more products upon an impressionable audience. This entire GG brand was launched in September 2020. Venture capitalists have seized upon pandemic entertainment and a captive audience. The story we were told was full of errors of omission. Always look for the men behind the curtain. Now you can understand why Google pushes GG so hard. It's a well orchestrated operation with very well connected financial backers in the RU-vid space. The people who appear on screen are the "talent." The financiers are the managers and operators who got involved to push the commercialization of a lifestyle brand. RU-vid pushes these type of groups because the live action network for the brand is RU-vid. The brand is synonymous with RU-vid.

You might not see that right now, but you guys sticking and growing together for so long is AMAZING. You revolutionized yt golf, together. People get sidetracked, upset about something or nothing etc etc you’ll find a new track, new ideas, new friends.

I think it was very important for you all to verbalize and talk about how these decisions affected you (good good). Good work showing a generation of young men (and women, especially the young men) that talking about feelings openly and expressing emotion is: a) normal 2) mentally helpful and D) a way to accept and process. I applaud this video in general for its raw, personal, genuine content. Cheers to you all, I'm sorry for the loss of two Good Good partners, friends, ... Brothers in all this. Keep the honest content and never shy away from pulling the curtain back, it is good closure for everyone.

I've just got to put my 2 cents in. You guys have changed the landscape in the younger golf world and it bleeds over to older guys like me. I grew up with a golf club in my hand. My dad was a club pro. I played high school and college golf and I still have a passion to play. I love golf and it was making me so sad that some many younger people were not experiencing the joy of playing golf. To see the impact that you guys are making is phenomenal. I believe it is because golf looks fun again. Not some old crusty sport. I watch ever video you produce and I will continue. I respect that Micah and Grant want to move on. Sooner or later, people have to do what they need to do. I love them both and will continue to follow them as well. Don't be discouraged. Garrett, you are a born leader and obviously a good friend to the other guys. Matt, you bring the levity to the group and hit some pretty amazing shots. Such a fluid swing. Stephen, you are striking the ball so well and have a great touch on the greens. Bubbie, you are a joy to watch. And a clutch putter for sure. Been great to see Luke on the channel as well. I have to be 100% transparent, Micah and Bubbie were my favorite 2 guys out of the group because they're polar opposites where micah is more introverted and bubbie is more energetic/outspoken but they were so dynamic together. So much respect for Garrett and Bubbie for really letting their emotions show in this video, bubbie is without a doubt my favorite member of the group(no disrespect to anyone else) but I'm a recovering alcoholic myself and him showing his gratitude for everything you guys have done just speaks so much to who he is as a person and the person I try everyday to be💯

Being in a business can bring about difficulties like this, but if anybody can weather this storm, it’s you guys. When Brodie left, I think a lot of people thought you guys may not make it through, but you totally proved them wrong. I appreciate your mature response in this video to these difficulties.

I suppose it's already been said, but as a huge fan of this channel, and the Good Good team as a group in general, it's definitely a shame that this wave couldn't be ridden for a few more years before individuals started to split off in their own personal directions... you guys are such a young vibrant crew with SO many years ahead of you, and this train was just getting going... arrggghh... as a content producer/director myself (for the past 20yrs), I would have killed to have been a part of this ensemble.. and I can't help but feel these departures are somewhat premature... that said, there remains a super solid crew of you guys and no way should you stop delivering the content and fun that you have been doing! Onwards and upwards.

It’s great to see Max and Collin really being part of this conversation. You don’t always see them on camera, but this video shows, as Garret said, how extremely important and a part of GoodGood they are. They feel the loss of Garret and Micah as much as the rest of the group, true togetherness.

It's clear that Garrett doesn't understand the depth of his talents in this environment. His humility is refreshing. You have a great team.
