Feels like 3person Apex with slow movement

Personally I feel like farlight wants to be like other battle Royale games so bad, from the most obvious Apex to the not so obvious valorant (beau's new ult is EXACTLY the same as brimstone, just a colour difference) and in the "pursuit" of wanting to be like other brs they've lost what ACTUALLY made people want to play the game which was the jetpacks, to my knowledge, farlight is the only br game that had its jetpacks not for pure aesthetic, and it's a shame that they've decided to abruptly take that away to accommodate for the newer players. Personally I'll be moving to apex since it's just better.

You can't just copy someone and be greater then someone in their own battle instead your uniqueness thrives you to achievement, I think farlight 84 doesn't understand this..

Jetpacks were everything in this game. They are going to lose the majority of players and no one will migrate over from apex for this. The worst of both scenarios there. I hope they bring the jet packs back

The main reason I was interested in this game was the jetpack mechanics taking it away is basically the essence of the game

I started playing this game because of the jetpack. At first I was struggling but as I progressed through and mastered the jetpack . They said " new players struggles using jetpack so we are gonna make it better " but cutting the jet movement made people make movement against it . I hope they will bring it back in future. As a beau main again a good day but no more boom boom . I mean beau is still broken but not like push and boom it's like stay , strategize, push when suitable then boom . and frenzy takes time so we have to use ultimate more strategic way , In 1v1 mode beau gonna be broken af

I will be cancelling my VIP subscription and deleting the game. I had fun while it lasted. I will still follow you Zak hoping they reconsider and bring back the jetpacks.

irrelevant opinion: it's not really that bad having half of the heroes get less mobility in exchange for better team coordination using the newly-added tactical skills. Every hero being so mobile doesn't even make sense in the first place. Now the game will require more strategic approach and higher skill-ceiling in some aspect especially in team fights instead of just rushing them head-on relying on jetpack movements. I believe this is a good update for better gameplay overall, to add onto that, guns are adjusted in order to match the new movement mechanics relying more in better aim control instead of just movements. The removal of jetpack movements is because the game was too complicated for new mobile players, however, I believe that the game will now become more complex with the introduction of the new mechanics. Although I get why most people are frustrated, I believe they'll change their mind after trying the new update.

If they removed the jetpacks tn they should add new movement rolling by using jetpacks to roll fast then a normal roll

Even as a day one player. I'm excited for the new changes, they are making the game more team based instead of everyone just full sending teams by themselves because they have the jet packs to crutch with. All we can do now is adapt, they can always add the Jet Packs back in if it comes down to it. Loving the graphical changes to the UI for PC as well as the new sound designs for the weapons and minor scope changes like the red dots for the Rat and Rabbit. The update 25th will shake the gaming scene for sure! I think the Porcupine will be top gun for this season

Ion underestimated its very aggravating because they are not the ones playing the game so why ignore the audience and remove the jet pack out the game ? My opinion both parties are reason .Many new user are leaving game because jetpack system in this game .Farlight is promote games to new user to play and adopt the game machanic they are not excited to adopt the new machanic. Farlight is not NGO brand to make free play without earning money or game user base . Second side old player those who are adopted this feature and improved the skill on the jetpack. I think so farlight is making a decision for feature Stay in the market because those people are also making loss to the company.

I do love the new abilities and I do know that apex legends and fortnite never had any jetpacks but I do have a feeling that somewhere this or next year the jetpacks might come back into the game but I'm not completely sure yet

Zak the reason why area conflict is a good mode is bc it's like warmup but better, you can practice your skill in vehicles, long range aim, real map awareness ect. It is more realistic than the actual warmup mode and when the server is full of players it's actually very fun and chaotic 👍

They just want to focus on each specific heros skills and abilities not in jetpacks....And they also provide horizontal jet to some heros.....i think we have to more into using skills to dodge bullets and give damage to enemies.

I’m still playing this game and looking forward to the new big updates. However, it’s really disappointing and dissatisfying when they really gonna remove the jetpacks ability to all heroes :( because.. farlight is all about the jetpacks without it, it’s not gonna be the same game I’ve played all this time.

for me, i’ll accept no jetpacks only for the new map since they have ziplines and stuff. but there should be jetpacks in the old maps.

Think an easy fix would be since they are committed to no jet packs, they can instead add small hip thrusters (example an old xbox 360 game called Vanquish, thou obviously on a much lesser scale) Giving mini boosts that enable sliding and mini boosted jumps. Which would result in the ability to evade and add a fresh movement system, all while not being too over the top, seeing as they want a slower pace it seems. Adding this feature will cater to sweats and casuals, as it would be easy enough to use along with giving more serious players a competive edge that matches the pace they are trying to achieve. Could even open up ways to slide cancel and all that. Regardless thou game will be missed

When Warzon changed to Warzon 2 they didn't like the changes and they lost millions of players and they had to return almost everything in Warzon 3 farlight is a game that is growing and if they make those changes that they don't like they themselves will kill their game

My question is why should Maggie alone have the jetpack movement capabilities? I heard him mention that the reason they removed the jetpacks is because of "The high mobility of the jetpacks, they had to compromise too much of the shooting experience which contradicts the essence of hero shooter game". And if it contradicts it so bad that all heroes wont be allowed to use their jetpacks, why should Maggie alone have it. Why not use it as a place holder and give her some other movement ability to make her more mobile, that way jetpacks will be totally removed. From my point of view it just shows Maggie will be 80% used by the community and other heroes will be forsaken again

I think no jetpacks is not fine but some heroes having none is fine when they are like duckside which is basically his version of the jetpacl

I think moving forward, they're gonna add "movement/mobility" skills on the heroes with "jetpack placeholder skills". Hope they're gonna do this in future updates to compensate for removing the jetpack on 90% of the heroes. Just my 2 cents.

Without jetpacks I feel like this game doesn't offer anything. PUBG first dominated the BR genre, Then Apex Legends came and added "revive teammate" on it's own BR, Fornite created their own core by allowing players to build and construct sht. Farlight has jetpacks which it's core allowing any playable hero to have mobility. Should they take away Jetpack mechanic, then this game has nothing new to offer to the BR genre, It's just a PUBG game with a breadcrumbs of Apex Legend's hero system. My friend asked me why should he play Farlight, I told him because it has Jetpacks that other Battle Royale games don't have. Should another person asked the same question, I would just simply tell them: "go play apex legends instead" lmao. Thanks for the video as always, more power to you~! ♥

Imagine devs making a game, a game that like any other game is designed for players, and not listening to the players. Devs, this message is for you: The game is full of hackers, you havent implemented any powerful and working anticheat solutions, you baned an infinite number of cheating accounts and you continue baning them, but again.. you dont implement working anticheat solutions, all we heard was words, promises, we havent seen any facts. You made a game that had jetpacks into its personality, that "jetpacks" feauture made me play this game, along side many other. Now, after a guy presented the new update in an AI presentation style, absolutely non professional at all, you removed jetpacks, and by this you removed the game's personality. You stated "Temporarly" and why on Earth you remove such a big feauture "temporarly". Its like removing all heroes/champions from a moba game. No offense but the ones responsable for all the decision made for this game should be immediatly fired. Movement in this game now is close to 0 (temporarly) so players will have to play and adjust their skills and play style according to this garbage decision. Again, when you will implement again the jetpacks, players would again have to change their play style and get used again with jetpacks. Why dont you make it a card game then? Lets go, by 2025 Farlight 84 will become a card board game. Open your eyes Farlight 84, you dont listen, you live in your own bubble and you'll end up like other companies that choose not to listen to their community. It is as simple as that.

I agreed with devs when lazycaz said they trying to make a hero shooter game and because of JETPACK the gunplay and hero abilities are ignored I'm okay with their decision and im can also understand how players feeling right now for jetpack. I respect the devs and players decision and opinion.

If Gun play that their only concern. Maybe they shouldnt remove the jetpacks instead make it have a longer cooldown or maybe just reduce the the distance.
