When I first heard this song, I didn't know that it was basically about Kakyoin, and it just felt like a really therapeutic song that filled me with relaxation and ease. Now that I know what I know, the way I view this song isn't going to change. I'm gonna keep being filled with happiness and pride for the world and the people in my life (and you know I'm serious because I said the world and not ZA WARUDO!) R.I.P., Noriaki Kakyoin. You were a true brother, and we'll never be able to deflect the emerald splash you sent towards out hearts.

Kakyoin is a really close and personal character to me. He didn’t have friends growing up, he gave into fear. Then he grew into himself and became a determined and passionate person. He died saving his friends and people he cared about. It reminds me of me somehow. I don’t know how one cherry licking Japanese boy made me cry so hard, but it does. Kakyoin is a beautifully written character along with the other crusaders.

Part 3 is actually very good : the character are lovable, fun and badass. Honestly, it's my favorite part, because the crew is awesome, Jotaro still a very good main character and even if the Stands aren't as dangerous as the Stand of part 5 and 6, some of them are memorable ( The World, Cream, Geb or even Anubis )

If Kakyoin did a normal emerald splash instead of the 20 meter DIO wouldnt've been able to get close enough to hit kakyoin without being hit by the emerald splash, his timestop most likely would've run out if he tried to go behind kakyoin, as DIO didn't say "time resumes" after hitting Kakyoin

Without Kakyoin, DIO would've succeeded in killing the joestars and attaining heaven. He only knew the crusaders for a little over a month, but they had a brotherhood. Kakyoin died defending that brotherhood and in the process allowed Jotaro to defeat DIO. Thank you and rest in peace, Noriaki Kakyoin

I agree, 100 % . Kakyoin gave others the key to defeating DIO, at the cost of his life. If he hadn't, all would have been lost. And that is why, to me, he's the truest Jobro of Part 3
