And well Gilles is actually pretty average caster, he isn't close to a really dangerous beings of a magic world. Prelati himself for example could be far more dangerous, if he actually would be summoned. So yeah, casters are all about their magic, and they worth as much as their magic. Gilles only magical skills is item construction and.. These summins, yeah. You clearly remember what power Medea acquired swiftly: own assasin for defence, stolen saber, and formally an archer too. That's a skilled caster - without a skill, pretty independent from master, with own goals in mind and heavy for prediction. Still, in one of timelines, there is an example of caster, who actually won a grail war.. But that's a grand order plotline)

As tragically ironic as it might sound but Tokiomi is absolytely right😂.Kariya abandoned the world of magi,and when Sakura is adopted into his family and undergoes the "training" he was supposed to undergo instead he suddenly start's to care about magic and magi.......now in order to catch up in power to those who were following the path of magi their entire life he undergoes the exposure to worms in a year that he was supposed to go slowly througth his entire life!!!!And as result he is dying and Sakura is suffering too.But Tokiomi is greatful to Kariya for this cuz all his daughters would be magi because for a magi being human is worse than death and if he had to Tokiomi would undergo the same training if it would allow Tohsaka family to continue prospering.Mages has a completely different sense of morals and walue from human's:the individual does not matter what matters is the wishes of their ancestors who preserved their family wealth and magecraft for so long.......

19:14 there are cases where servants can still stay even without a master. One case would be where the servant has the independent action skill, especially at high levels, like gilgamesh and archer in ubw. Another, would be when the servant has so much mana in their reserves that cutting them off from their supply (master), doesn't make them disappear immediately. I'm guessing caster is using the mana from all the kids he and his master slaughtered apart from using it to make the giant tentacle monster...

Tokiomi don't know what happened to Sakura, the author did mention that Tokiomi will take Sakura out and send her to the Edelfelt family (the blonde girl in the end of Fate Stay Night) if he know what happened to Sakura, I think the author said this in an interview or another fate game, I don't remember it clearly, but the Mage families keep their power and related stuff secret, so Tokiomi don't know that the Matou Family was corrupted, and since Matou family asked for Sakura before Tokiomi made a decision, the most typical Mage in Fate universe, Tokiomi, gladly send Sakura to Matou Family.

In their first encounter, Lancer cut saber's left hand tendon. ATM, she can't use Excalibur because it need both hands to hold the sword. And the fact is that nothing can heal it because it's cursed by one of lancer's spear. To dispel the curse, you need lancer dead or destroy his spear

To be fair to Tokiomi, what he did was the best course of action for the sake of Sakura's future, at least in his eyes. Because "normal" to mages is something very much not so for normal people. He's basically doing something bad, unknowingly, with good intentions. He's not kidding when he said he wanted what was best for Rin and Sakura, you can see it in his demeanor when he speaks of the two. Kariya on the other hand, well, I can't even say that's he's doing that. I won't expand on this, and let that character say their piece when you get to it...

For all the atrocities caster and his master committed, one good thing you can say about them is that they have one of, if not the best, chemistry between master and servant in the franchsise. It's like they're two peas in a pod, practically sharing the same brain cell...
