I've flipped about 6 Houses & still have 3 as Rentals. You're doing a Really Good Job! After it's done, I suggest getting a property manager to handle getting it rented & the repair stuff. My Property Manager makes my life much more stress free than doing all that myself.

If you have a habitat restore location near you, you can find some of the things you need to finish up. Looks great so far. Well done you two :)

It's always cool to see the creative ways you use to make it happen even when it comes down to the wire. While not everyone may have the same circumstances as you, we all can get creative when we really want to!

Great video ! Those windows will pay for themselves when you go to sell this house. Most buyers will understand the real value they bring. And renters will be glad of the come winter keeping the heat bill down. Not to mention that they look great ! Good job getting it done ❤

I’d love to see a power wash before/ after on the brick and patio. Cheap to rent a pressure washer. Curb appeal with the mildew removed would be incredible

Nice job you two! Ahh, renters. Make sure you really check their rental history out; several years back, my parents use to flip houses and put so much time, work, and money into them and several renters completely damaged and trashed a couple of the houses up so bad. My heart broke for my parents; it was so sad.

Can I say how about using your wagons with you. We go to a few of our bins stores and take our wagon with us since there is no carts half of the time. We take two bags and put one bag on each side. If you have two wagons it would make it way easier around the bins store.
