The knit bag hand made you can list as “ooak” or one of a kind and they sell for more money generally if they are nicely done.

Vivaia is a good pick up. The last pair I had sold for $42. They receive a lot of interest on both EBAY and Poshmark.

Also, as a fellow holiday fantatic, I would say it is socially acceptable to put out fall decor Sept 1, Halloween Oct 1, Thanksgiving Nov 1 and Christmas Dec 1. Or - as a fantatic who does not care what is socially acceptable - put it out now 😂

You can also buy the barkeeper at Mernard’s and Lowe’s and some Ace hardware’s stores what ever in your location.

As a seller I would not put the pan as new unless it looks brand new, there is however an option for new with defects or you could put used like new. New to me means with tags and in 100% giftable condition. It really comes to personal preference in instances like that because technically it is new still in package 🤷

I decided not to get, I was on the fence as well. New means no extra work needed to me and that was just not clean enough. 🤷‍♀️
