Honestly Goodwill ought to be ashamed pricing cracked and chipped glass items the way they do. In my area, alot of the things we find are Dollar store items marked up. That always gives me a giggle 😄. I'm glad you found some cute pieces. The card holder is adorable. Happy Christmas y'all

I actually went thrifting today after quite a hiatus, mostly for Christmas things for Instagram live sales, and I 100% agree with your assessment. SO. Much. Christmas, but nothing really special enough to grab! I think my favorite grab was that last paper mache ornament because he was so cute!

Look at MT at Goodwill! Finding some good stuff too. The ornament candy bowls used to sell at big box stores during the holidays. Funny how they are vintage now.

The flower frog is used by us needleworkers to hold scissors. Small embroidery scissors. I can never find those at thrift stores and I am always looking!!

Michael I just wanted to say that you are soooo correct when talking about having items at different price points... I am living proof of being a customer that values a seller who doesn't forget about people who don't have alot... whether at the moment or permanently. I was a successful insurance agent who made quite a bit of money but health reasons took me out of the game and at the moment I have no income. But I value people who value people and i rather give my money whether it be $10 or $1000 to someone who never forgets that behind every sale is a customer who is a person with feelings and emotions. 💜

Nice shopping trip. Glad to hear you talk about how important it is to have a variety of items as well as a range of prices. Honestly, I stopped going to some seller's sales as I believe they contain too many swung vases and blue birds. I can see by the sales they are popular items but not something I am interested in. My favorite was the ornament you picked up at the end.
