Jocelyn, you probably hear this a lot but you are so beautiful. Your complexion is flawless, your jaw line is perfect and you eyes just shine with love and light. Your not conceded and don’t flaunt your beauty which makes you even more spectacular. I so enjoy your videos. I’ve been a follower for a long while and learn new things from you all the time. Seeing your channel and business grow through the years has been so exciting for me. Congratulations on your success
Shout out to Andrew who is just so authentic. It always sounds like he's talking to an old friend...he's unaffected by the camera. I just think that's pretty refreshing and cool to watch.
The little Handpainted black dish is from Turkey. It’s traditional Turkish ceramic art. The dishes come in all sorts of bright beautiful colours, and they make ceramic trivets based on 16th century Turkish designs - love these
Wonderful selection and you have lovely pregnancy glow. So relieved for you that Ashton's inheritance is safe! We are warriors when it comes to our children!!
I really like Dagny, she seems to be such Fun to go thrifting with. I subscribed to her channel, she has a very Adventurous, as well as a Very Good Eye for things!!! 👍👋🙂
This old lady has learned so much from you. My family recently celebrated our family Christmas late. Because of all I've learned from you and others I was able to start buying beautiful antiques and vintage items for family members start last January 2021. I got my daughter an art deco perfume bottle which she absolutely loved. My youngest son got an antique, gold filled, 17 jeweled pocket watch from the 1890, My oldest son got a first addition of, "A Christmas Carole", and my ex-husband and his girlfriend I gave them a teal and black dragon ware tea pot with matching tea cups ( with the lithopayne on the bottom) I look forward everyday towards your videos. And I am so excited for the upcoming birth of another baby girl in June. Thanks for teaching me so many cool and exciting things. And you got me hooked on art glass too.
I think I am your long lost cousins mother's, uncle's sister twice removed! All that to ask what you got me 😁? That sounds like some incredibly thoughtful gifts.
I appreciate how polite and kind you are when you shop. I’m just a few minutes away from Lancaster goodwill and used to shop there all the time. Lately it’s disorganized and the shelves are full of broken items. That, along with the camp of resellers that wait in the back and flock the new carts that come out, made me find some new places to shop.
This is why I stopped collecting stuff , about 15 years ago I was 34 after my second child was born I just don't have time to dust knick knacks, if It doesn't have a purpose, I don't buy, it. I love candles but I burn them and enjoy them. I have a bunch of china, I don't use that my mother in law bought me 22 year's ago so maybe this is the year to use it and enjoy it.
My sister bought my mom one of those puppies on a pillow that look like they are breathing. She was in an old folks home and she adored it. She spoon fed it applesauce. So funny. She had dementia. xo
Along with so many others I love the fox. My 3 year old grandson is named Schley pronounced “ Sly “ like a sly fox. A family named named after his great great grandfather and great uncle. I’ve started collecting foxes for him.
02:00 Alas, modern-ish reprint of a very common 1945 title. Useful if you're learning bridge, but not much resale value. 12:10 But I am! That's Сапфир (Sapphire), a Ukrainian souvenir manufacturer in Kyiv. The bottom says Вироблено в Украини, "Made in Ukraine." It might or might not be vintage; they've been around since 1992. (On reflection, probably not vintage but still good.) 14:54 That _is_ a nice copy! (Although I feel it should be more a $150 title than $220, personally.) Author John Urban spent time in captivity in the notorious Andersonville prison camp, as well as a couple not quite so deadly. I'm impressed with how the front cover is so bright, colour and gilding both. The spine is darkened, but spines are ALWAYS either darkened or faded because people don't keep the library curtains drawn against the sun. Even so, the spine gilding is very good considering. 16:21 Bound annuals of periodicals like Harper's were all the go in the middle of the 1800s. Taz had an annual of Godey's from about 1860 that my brother gave her; being uninterested in historical costuming she gave it in turn to Lise, who is interested in it.
I am always astonished by the amount of knowledge you have stored in your brain! It is amazing! 🥰 also, I have watched your short little video over 100 times because I love it so much and congrats on the “pink”! 😘
I love Herb Thomas's glass items!! He is our neighbor. But he doesn't sell much locally now that Campbell's Pottery closed 😪 I hope to come meet you two wonderful ladies later in the month. I just need to find someone willing to help my husband milk cows 🐄 on our dairy farm. Crossing my fingers!
🌺 Yeees!! I absolutely LOVE ❤️ the “ Art Glass Fox “ 🦊 It’s the Cutest Little Fox Ever!! It’s my maiden name so I will definitely be bidding on it. I didn’t Even Hear What You Said About the Fox. Who the maker is and such!! So I will rewind & watch again.
Oh that froggie canister is from Sears from the 1970s…. My mom collects that line. I bought her a cookie jar that matches that when I was a kid! ❤️❤️❤️
The little vase with the little things along the top is what you might call a tulip vase. Meaning the stems can go between those little spaces and stand up straight.
Omgosh! Go Back..Get The Cookie Jar!! The Frog Cookie jar is Neil The Frog! 1970s Collection From Sears...there were so many pieces, it's also featured in 1970s "The Shining" movie. I found a lil figurine in my yard once and kept him in my garden! I had no idea there was a whole collection..that's a big cookie jar ..I seen them listed for $40-$60, is it popular..IDK, but so gosh darn cute! Would love to come across some in my Goodwill's 🥰
I had to share with you,my best sale so far from a Goodwill. Purchased a full sized replica of a New England Patriots helmet for $2.99 and just sold it for $90 on FB marketplace
I was born in Maryland, grew up in North Carolina, and in high school Jim Plunkett & the New England Patriots were my team!! My best friend liked Joe Namath & the NY Jets!! Ahhh, memories!!🙂
I’m in Seattle and like “how do YOU know about Glassybaby CLEAR across the US of A?” Locals don’t even all know! LoL! I got one at GW recently for $4.00! I was like YESSS! I haven’t even bought one for myself! Can’t afford! Ha! I’m gonna sell and buy myself a Pink one! They DO have an annual seconds sale, but I don’t do crowds! THEN! I recently got 3/$60 on OU. They WERE $20, but she had so much interest she raised the price. 😩 Still @ $20 ea-I’m sure I’ll make a profit! Yay! Love your videos! I’m a single mama and cannot find a job right now so you have inspired me to get back on eBay seriously! I’m getting all set up! Excited! I didn’t always wash up my stuff pretty before-but I see you do, it probably helps sales, so I got a fresh bottle of Dawn! 😉🤩👏🏻 Thank you Jocelyn!
I was cracking up when your freind spotted the easterbunny on the egg .Love your treasures .Especialy Andrews those books are in excellent condion for very old books.Thank u for sharing your story.
I see a fixed theme nursery in your future😂They have fabulous fox themed sheets, accessories for baby’s room. I can see a shelf of fox collectibles in her room🌸🎀💝
I think someone at Goodwill corporate must watch your videos😃. It seems like their prices have gotten higher on specific things you’ve talked about on your channel. They should give you a percent of the intake. 😉🙃
Jocelyn, I had the bear who would look like he breathing from cracker barrel. Word of caution, they are very dangerous. The one I had was in my daughter's crib. The motor caught stuck and caught the crib sheet on fire from overheating. Cracker barrel sent us a huge stuffed animal for our troubles. That was not enough , they should be banned and warnings.
Delighted to hear your good news you looking wonderfull it suits you you got some lovely stuff the fox looks so nice such colours keep well loved your video thanks Maura
That glass pumpkin might be made by a New Jersey artist. I’m in New Jersey and I have a pumpkin with that same techniques (different color ) made by a local artist.
That purple lill bowl/dish is probably Turkish. (4.32) Osmanli/Ottoman design.. You can recognize the items mostly by the Tulip designs on the pieces. I love the blue vase that you unboxed & the egg..And the rusty\glass foxy's as well♡ Uggh.. I am such a sucker for Murano & glass art.😍 TFS♡
