I have to share, i went to a yard sale on Saturday.. a woman had a mac kenzie childs courtly check ornament brand new in box and i calmly asked " how much for this ornament". She looked at me and said 2.00. I said are you sure? She said i have no use for it so take it for 2.00. Paid her and went on my way. Found sold comps on ebay for 180.00. Wowza!!!

You had me laughing at Crested Butt. It's Butte like a flat mountain. It's a beautiful mountain town in CO. Saw Dagnys bit of footage on the meet and greet. So many people showed up bearing gifts for you who has given so much pleasure to so many folks. Wish I could have been one of them.

I must say that I personally find more enjoyable watching your good will shopping trips than the other stores you frequent. Thanks for sharing 🙂

I had a great day at 2 local GW stores. 1. Looks like new Liz Claiborne leather purse. Greyish tan. $7. 2. Two Spring silk flower arrangements Orchids, 5.99 ea. 3. 16 x 20 needlepoint pillow, wrapped in plastic, spotless. $5.99 Looks great in my cabbage roses, wing back chair I recently got for my bedroom "suite". Happy Camper!!

UGGHHHHH 😒… the fake Roseville is so hideous it makes me ill! As a collector, I’m so very grateful to "A Kings Ransom" for dedicating time & resources to repurchasing the molds so that poor quality reproductions are not continued. The fact that they are: 1) based less than 15 minutes from my home & 2) are hiring local artisans to create a new era of Roseville products brings me great joy! I hope Saturday was fantastic 🥰. I still have my little baseball boy cookie jar. I got it from my brother for my birthday in the 70s. I had fallen in love with it and he went back and bought it for me. I’ve never seen another until now. 😊

You should buy your own folding shopping cart. That way you can load it right into the back of the car and no heavy lifting. They make ones where the top piece slides off. And they fold compact. Easy squeezie

Omg!…I found the same exact giraffes at my Goodwills…I found momma giraffe at one Goodwill and then I found baby giraffe at another Goowill across town…I was so excited because they were in perfect condition and I paid $1.99 each!…They were a keeper!!😀

Oh that sounds like a certain international supermarket cart. I think it's called Asda Walmart, I end up with a work out when pushing one of those things. Now Aldi I have a smooth shop. To clean glass or a dirty ornament, put a sterident teeth cleaning tablet in warm water. The fizz cleans off the grime from all of the crevices. I also use bicarbonate soda to clean my jewelry, with a little dishsoap.

One time I was shopping in a big box store in Tampa. They, the store had flatten one side of each wheel to keep them from being stolen. Only went there one time and not in the dark.

Onion River Pottery was based in Winooski, Vermont. The Winooski River's name means Onion River. They were active in Winooski in the 80's. I guess they are in Middlebury now.

I think the item you picked up with the Madonna and child was a “Poly Dome.” ‘70’s craft involving paper images, decoupaged onto plaster shapes.

The cow with a saddle was a craft store thing (think JOanns) about 14 years ago. You could buy the bank and then the decorations. There was the size you saw and a twice as large. All were “barnyard” animals.
