My dude goodz got me into battle rap 10 years ago. His wordplay is extremely underrated and unappreciated. He’s unique in his own right and doesn’t get the respect he deserves. I’ve always said goodz is easily top 3 most slept on battle rappers.

You can actually get an abundant building for at a reasonable price. Just have to look for those that are low, flip them and get more value out of them.
I am guessing You bought the house to live in though a REI isn’t looking at it from that standpoint. With an established portfolio he could own the rights to your house for a percentage and flip it to someone looking to buy it or depending on the property, rent it for passive income until ready to sell.
