Looks delish. Totally agree with you on just toasting one side of the bread. I love making garlic toast on the griddle and just toasting the one side. Perfect snack.

These aren't over indulgent at all! I can't wait for my jaw to work properly! I love all things cheesy, and I agree, no sauce necessary here. This isn't a burger, it's a grilled cheese that happens to have a burger patty inside (and, that's a GOOD thing!)

You should try this by buttering the bread first and then coat it with a layer of graded parmesan cheese. For a awesome crust on the outside! Thanks for your videos.

That's a good idea. Gotta try it. I've never heard of toasting both sides of the bread for a grilled cheese. Gotta try and see if I'm missing anything.
🤤🤤 Two items that make my top 10 foods I like to eat, smashed into one - oh yeah! Takes me back 10 years ago when Carl's Jr/Hardees had their Grilled Cheese Bacon Burger... that thing was epic. They really need to bring that one back again. Yours looks so amazing, nice golden brown buttery goodness. Phew; I must stay strong and stay on the diet, lol. I'm love saucy too, but I'm with you on this one, it doesn't really need any. Anyway, stay safe during Ian, but keep on griddling on!!

Wow😛 I started using mayo instead of butter, and the bread gets crispier and browned easier. This reminds me of my all time favorite, Patty Melts😬 Thanks twins😊
