Everyone (including me) loves "I'm assume you've been briefed?" but "You never look...at him...in his eye" is a hilariously delivered line that gets overlooked, lol
Jackie had a dream job...write jokes and be a part of the biggest radio show ever and making tons of money!!! Jackie's greed and the power of the show got to his head..he referred to team as the Beatles..so he felt all were huge to the show but Howard is clearly the star and when he quit he realized how overall useless to the show he was...never heard about him again..Jackie would've never made it as a well known Chris Rock comedian if it wasn't for the notoriety and popularity of the show!! Jackie would've made millions if he wasnt so greedy and just kept mouth shut...would've made millions with Sirius...biggest mistake of his career and he acknowledges that!
I lost it when they randomly insulted howard "YOU WORKED FOR THAT PIECE OF SHIT?" You just KNOW Jackie had a part of that being in there, he had to get a kick out of it 😂
This movie which I don't think anyone has ever seen is called THE WICKED (horror) and the logline is this -- Satanism has become illegal in the United States. Grace, Queen of a Satanic cult is faced with betrayal within her coven while dealing with a mounting assault from the descendants of the Knights Templar who vow to destroy her. Not one thing in this scene would lead me to guess one word of this.
The jackie years were so funny. The tension he had with howard was the best. I liked artie but those years got so dark. It really was depressing hearing artie on heroin & when he got so heavy & angry it was too sad. Plus Jackie wrote so well for howard , but stand up he wasnt really good from what I heard. Writing a funny joke on the fly was Jackie's fortay
@@bigdukesix4161 no he didn't you opinionated dolt. He was enabled by the whole howard Stern group and even howard thought it was funny for Artie to be high all the time, until high artie was getting all the attention. Then Howard got whiney and decided to act like the victim because he doesn't have the power to control artie anymore..... And the fact that you believe everything howard says just shows how incapable you are in thinking for yourself, and you can't even make your own joke but repeat what already exist "wannabe belushi" you're a reject hack with nothing to live for and this echo chamber of Stern spaztics are pathetic
The Artie years were increasingly dark but it was mesmerizing radio. Effortlessly funny and a perfect fit for the show after Jackie. So sad his star has dimmed because of his addictions...
@@kyanrinel5898 She had a good decade here because I thought the line about the guy playing the music was the most talented person in the scene was funny.
My favorite is when a self-proclaimed “ugly” woman called in and eventually they started talking about her blind husband and Robin asked “did he pluck his own eyes out?”
There used to be a really great clip on here about Jackie being upset that they passed him over for the role of Barney Rubble in The Flintstones movie.
Jackie breaks every rule of standup comedy. He doesn’t write his own shit, he laughs at “his” own jokes, and he sells everything under the sun. Whatta hack

Haha yeah I always thought this was great. I'm going to try to dig up the Jackie appearance where they play that for the first time with him in studio.
@@Chip_Whitley Chip, I've been looking for when they played Garry's audio book for the first time with his jukebox list, or album list or whatever it was. Do you have it or is it available?
Jackie also played an obnoxious bartender in the High Times film " Pot Luck'. I might just finally get that Joke Machine. Funny line.. "Hey Grandma, did you smoke pot with Adam and Eve?"
@@stinkyham9050 Been twenty years now...they were together for 15...guess there's still the pleasure of schadenfreude & that strange feeling you sometimes get on meeting a long lost childhood acquaintance... you know?...wonder if Howard would pick up a vital medical bill for him?...
Howard is such a passive aggressive baby as soon as his staff leave they are dead to him! Jackie wasn’t on the level as the countless icons of Comedy but, Jackie wrote so much of the classic Stern era Once Jackie left there was a huge drop off /Vibe was much different Artie is no better then Jackie as a Stand up but, they both told great stories but, Jackie never really kissed up to the staff like Artie (The Jackie & Billy years were simply fantastic and all that Radio gold was on regular radio (The move over to Sat. radio was a double edged sword wow they can say bad words but, that got stale and the show seem to get more and more lazy…. It’s also ironic that Howard is knocking Jackie for always playing himself in movies and tv (His film was a Biography on himself and when he did tv it was always appearances being Howard Stern (There’s footage of Howard doing that indie film in the 1980’s and that’s horrible the dude in The Room is a much better actor then Stern
I gotta see this movie. Who hired these guys??? Who edited it?? The first line! "Come heeeerree!" And hes supposed to be an aide to the President? What?
I went to see Jackie last year at a theater at the jersey shore that holds 500 people and there were only 30 people in attendance..very sad how far he has fallen.
Fun fact about the JokeMaster Jr.: about 2 years ago Jackie got involved with Stuttering John's podcast. John's old producer/agent/whatever Royce produced a reunion special with John, Jackie and Billy, and got all involved with Jackie and his "career". Of course it ended in disaster, because Jackie is a nightmare to deal with. As a day job Royce owns an arcade in SoCal so he asked Jackie if he wanted to put a few old JokeMasters for sale in the arcade as a novelty for old Stern fans. Jackie said he didn't have any left because they "sold out" (aka he gave them away). Then he tried to get Royce to invest 100 grand into producing a new batch of the things. Because of this and a ton of other issues, Royce and Stuttering John are no longer speaking to Jackie. LOL.
Love this! Hilarious! Poor Jackie. Left the show, screwed up and Howard has been there ever since day one to rub salt in his wounds to a National audience. Surprised he hasnt sued him yet. BUT this is funny as hell.
What's that? The first lady and president just had a baby? Well I have some gifts for them. The president and first lady get a free joke master and I'm going to give the baby girl a blue night light for its pink room. What the hell I'll throw in a blue polyester sweater.
