@@donovanmancia5421 Might be either the ping or the server itself being bugged (these aren't my words, they're someone else's) There's no fix for this so we just have to deal with it

A bug abuser is a player which uses bugs(or glitches) in the game to their advantage, so they could win. Them knowing they'll die, because they probably suck terribly at the game and don't want to practice to get their skills better, they'll just use the bugs and abuse them(using them as protection) so they can survive against whatever type of exe they're facing. A shorter, yet (probably?) understandable way of this is that they suck and they abuse some types of bugs getting them safe from dangers.
