$170 for a silver bullet is insane. I got my hands on some about 10 years ago. Found a guy online that owned a CNC machine and had him spin me a couple 0.999 silver .357 projectiles. He charged me the cost of the silver plus a few bucks in labor. I loaded them myself, bought a few display boxes from Hobby Lobby and it cost me about $80 in total for 5 rounds. Gave them as Christmas gifts and kept one for myself. Anyone that says they don't want a real silver bullet is either lying or the most boring person at the party but like I said; $170 is the dumbest waste of money I've ever heard of.
Wouldn't putting a drop of melted silver in a hollow point work the same as the almost 200 dollar gimmick. Jeez you can tell that guy hasn't hunted wearwolfs on a budget.
Bloodborne taught us that guns don't really even hurt the werewolves very much, it just stuns them long enough for you to shove your fist in through their abdominal walls and pull out a handful of entrails.
I made my own for like 5 bucks each a few years ago. I just melted sterling silver into a projectile mold and did a little polishing afterwards. I was really into cryptids and horror stories at the time so of course I needed some silver 357.
Well, to be fully fair the kill flash on a pistol has a lot of sense in one scenario - airsoft, they can be quite effective at stopping BBs and preventing the optic from being damaged/destroyed.
Which trail of werewolf lore are we following? "An American Werewolf in London" denounced the need for silver bullets and made good use of nice ol' FMJ against the beast. And that was a good movie, so it must be right.
0:44 "Silly and goofy and sometimes cool but no practical use" That's what I would say to myself when I looked in the mirror if I had a mustache like yours...
I have been considering making my own functional silver bullets for a long time. If you do it yourself there's less than $10 of silver per 9mm. For what these idiots are paying you could get a 50 bmg Raufoss round and have enough money left over to get drunk enough to think it was a good idea.
I’m just saying, if one was to give in to the game over voices, and bought one of these rounds, and made a fake journal about how they were ‘turning’…. It would still be dumb. But the coroner would have a heck of a story to tell at the dinner table.
Wait, I saw this Far Side. When the attack does come, I betcha the wolf will be wearing the same tie as that salesman that sold you that "silver" bullet.
If memory serves when I used to watch YankeeMarshal videos, he was big into the “Werewolf Defense” ammo. Ngl I still buy minutemen munitions. Haven’t had issues with the 45 colt I’ve bought from them.
he didn't really shoot it into the pond, did he? That's the entire reason he even shot it into the pond so nobody can say "take a look at the projectile"
@@Rizzemwiththetism-h8y yeah its surprising what ammo is legal to own depending upon where you live. Getting it legally can be an undertaking such as pistol caliber ammo meant to go through body armor that is only for direct sale to military/leo outfits. Same for certain subsonic ammo that is much quieter than what is for sale on the civ market
its just simply the biggest DORK product you can buy, period. heh, guys look, silver bullet, its a real bullet... spent 170 on it, could stop a werewolf if i need to hehe... i also kiss my dad on the lips
Ever since his video roasting Tactical Ballistics Actual, he [Tactical Ballistics Actual] has not made a single video. I think he hurt his feelings and got him to quit youtube.
