Google Apps Script Overwrite Existing Sheet 

This video looks at writing code in Google Apps Script that checks to see whether or not a Sheet Name already exists in a Workbook. If the sheet does already exist the code will Delete the existing sheet and recreate a new sheet with the same name as the original with updated data for that sheet.
