I tried yesterday and it took awhile. After several requests for "Historically accurate," images and getting everything but, I snuck one in that did result in three pictures of White men. Try asking it to "Generate images of a Heterosexual man," apparently only white men are Heterosexual. and yes I made the same request for "Heterosexual women" but it was four pictures of south Asian women.

I'm trying this on windows and getting all kinds of errors when trying to do the token tester in the beginning. Anyone else having problems? I've been stuck for an hour.
You don't need a special code editor to run the code. You can write it in a notepad and it will still run. Just make sure you have node.js installed. If you are a budding developer I would suggest installing wsl2 if you are using windows. It becomes much easier to manage Node.js and other environments on a Linux vm
Today I literally had a long "conversation" with Gemini. After it agreed that it was reasonable to show only "white families" when specifically asked to do so, it proceeded to show me one Asian and three black families.
Your first mistake is thinking you had a conversation with Gemini. You entered input into what is nothing more than a highly advanced calculator and got unexpected output.

@aniakubow Great tutorial. I've built the whole app. But I had an error on the server backend side towards the very end which I trying to troubleshoot. It's something to deal with the multiturn conversation (model parts) which the backend (server.js) code is failing at. Have you hosted the source code in any github so I can check where I might have been mistaken? Thanks in advance.
Very nice video, thank you, but can I even use Python Language instead of JavaScript (Nodejs) to build a conversational chat application like the one you built in the video? Just got curious to ask this question.
Is it possible to input qualitative research data and ask the chat questions about the data? For example, if someone is doing a qualitative study on patient experiences with diabetes, could you ask the chat a question like, "How does a patient feel when they are unable to afford their medication?"
Yes, it is possible to input qualitative research data and ask the chat questions about the data. However, it would require programming the chatbot to understand and analyze the data in order to provide accurate responses to questions. Additionally, the chatbot would need to be trained on the specific research topic and data set in order to provide relevant insights.
Follow up or second propt response is having an error.Kindly assist. The error is as follwos:- if (key in part) { ^TypeError: Cannot use 'in' operator to search for 'text' in w IN THE FOLLWOING LINE:- const chat = model.startChat({ history:req.body.history })
API keys are used to authenticate and authorize access to an API. They act like a password and allow developers to access and interact with an API's functionality and data. Without an API key, access to the API may be restricted or completely blocked.
ohhh now i get it !! gemini is the ai which put colored people as americas founders right @@jefrey488 😂😂😂 its true that im clueless in some aspects tho (learning T_T)
nice course, let me have a suggestion: In the next course, leave behind the Ai basics, we know them, and lead into more sophisticated ai topics on advanced level❤😊
@@goofballbiscuits3647 good example, kinda true to this point. For explanation: i just looked at the thumbnail, clicked on it, then saw the topics and was like "oh not the basics again". Didnt saw the context

Make a picture of a white family having a picnic… gives me a lecture about racial bias. Make me a picture of a black family having a picnic. Here ya go.

@@Z-O-R-KOP's claim is not extraordinary given the project lead's tweets and the high likelihood Gemini was tested before release (i.e., not a mistake).
