You give them persona, files, connections to other services and then add them to chats, groups, etc. I think it’s lesser known because they’re billed separate from other office products & services, typically requiring monthly subscriptions and are, at least in my experience, rarely included in enterprise subscriptions.
The definition of an Agent hasn’t really changed. Rather that we are expecting that when people talk about agents for them to be in a cluster with a master principal that is leading the orchestration of their work
It does feel like every big release of openai and google, it will just kill bunch of startups. the key competitive advantage here from AI company seems to be you either have great user base product that AI could enhance on or cutting-edge model (which is harder to beat compare to large company). It seems like AI will solidify the leading position of these tech company not be disrupted.
Just listening to this video I wrote a code for agents to recall last conversations from the phone number that has been dialed from so it can recall previous conversations and help save time on both individuals the agent and processing power and the customer not having to repeat themselves
