Can you please do a tutorial on custom dimensions with datapacks? Would really help as nothing else really explains it very simply to me. Also you get to make moose dimension.

I really enjoyed your recent tutorial on plugins, but I am very new to them and couldn't find any guides on how they work and what can you actualy do with them. I mean what commands and conditions can you use and how it overlaps with the game. We are making a server with my friend, and I discovered datapacks not so long ago, and it's just the whole new world. But I am also interested in making plugins, 'cause they allow you to bring your oun code to the game. Maybe you know any good text/video tutorials or planning to make your oun ones?
Plugins are really fun, and much more powerful than datapacks lol. There's a lot of good tutorials on the spigot forums and on RU-vid. I'd start with some of those, as long as they're moderately up to date. I might make more tutorials about them, but the project setup is definitely the most confusing part.

Hey legitimoose, I don't know if you're still willing to do command tutorials; but could you explain how to make/detect an item with a custom tag? Because everything I've tried has either: A: Failed because I didn't type the command correctly. B: Test failed C: (blank) Seriously, everything is typed correctly and it's doesn't say anything. Hi, I worked very hard on a custom book, but it only works if I have cheats enable, but I wanna use it in a server that i wouldn't be op, so I'm making it into a data pack, could you help me make a datapack that gives me the book if for example I typed something in chat, and also make the book work without cheats, and if I were to use /trigger how do I make it so that only the player with the book can trigger it? You're help would be very aprreiciated, thank you.
