I just got home from old orchard beach in southern Maine with my two bosses thank god I don’t have a gf I barley made it up my stairs they each had ten unread text when I left them good luck with that
@@ramyberberena8149 yeah, I was shocked. Bass fishing with a googan frog and she ripped it to shreds, came out of the water, I almost peed my pants. And to get her in, this day is marked on my calendar. Thanks 👍
What's up jon b where gonna be coming up to Maine to visit my wife's family, she lives off of Garland road in Corinth any good spots to fish around there
I love that I can feel Jon’s genuine joy when he’s catching fish. Very enjoyable. Reminds me of catching fish as a kid with friends at the local reservoir. Those were the days.
A tip for Google maps fish searching: use the basic map style first to find the water. You don't miss water hidden by trees, etc. Then swap to satellite view to check quality of the opportunity.
The bluegill off the bridge😂 Always love your roadside & urban fishing…I’ve definitely learned things useful for catching smallmouth in Northern Arkansas creeks/rivers. Thanks man, never stop!
JON PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER MASS VIDEO FOR THE MASSHOLES!!! WE LOVED THE SUBURBAN POND HOPPING AND THE CHARLES RIVER!! If you need a really good lake trip go to Lake Winnipusakee in NH or Lake Moosehead up in Maine!!
he fished Moosehead last winter. check out the vid on his channel. think it was this past Feb.. really dope video of stuff he did when s snow storm put a damper on his trip
Recommend they break that ultralight down to a 4-piece rod for the traveling fisherman. I would fit nicely standard size luggage without having to buy/carry a specialized case.
Was a bit late commenting on ur species challenge vid, but it’s still relevant here. Should check out Kenduskeag Stream downstream of where the interstate passes over it in Bangor. Tons of stocked brook trout and the smallmouth in may are insane!
Nothing like catching nice smallies on an ultralight. What size line were you using? Maybe you said but I didn’t catch it. Oh yeah… and more if these google maps creek videos. 👍🏼👍🏼
Hoping you can give me some insight , really confused right now trying to figure out which Google map I need for finding fishing spots, mostly for Maine and NY ! Really confusing to know which Google earth I need . Thanks for your help and enjoy your videos!
Would love for you to come to Central California and fish my area. We have Lake Isabella which holds massive Largies and right by it is the Kern River home to great trout and smallmouth. Also only about an hour away we have two awesome striper lakes.
Bro Plymouth pond in Plymouth main is the spot I fish every time I go and see my dad, I catch max bass off the long highway stretch on the grassy side. I messaged you forever back recommending it and idk if you remember but I can’t believe you actually went!!
I caught a 10lb bull trout on my 6 foot daiwa presso ultralight with an ice fishing reel on 4lb test. It was absolutely insane. It was also in a current which made it feel even heavier. I thought I was snagged for the first 10 minutes.
I love fishing small road side creeks! I do mostly to catch bait fish. However I have gotten some pretty cool surprises! A four foot ell in a saltwater creek once! I always enjoy watching these adventures of yours.
Always a good day when I see your videos posted I suffer from severe anxiety don't get the fish as much as I'd like to your videos are one of the few that really relax me and make me feel like I am there with you thanks for that and anybody out there just know that anxiety sucks if someone in your life has it feel for them
No other you tuber does it like Jon B, I just want to go fishing now. Your google map challenges are so much fun to watch. That lite set up looks fire. I know it's a drive for you how about explore some waters in New Hampshire ?
I'd love to see you do google maps challenge in South FL, You can fish for all sorts of fish. You never know what you'll hook into down here. These canals and spillways have everything. Plus any pond could produce a giant LMB.
Also just wanted to say I've been loving your content for years man. Back when you were in IL you were fishing the same waters as me. You taught me so much and I learned new ways to approach the waters I was fishing for years. Watching you over the years and seeing what you have accomplished, and seeing what you built with the rest of the Googans has been a huge inspiration for me, and I'm sure thousands of others. Thank You for the years of quality content! "Keep Fishing Never Stop"
