The first time I saw this video I was on the interstate, so now I'm taking it in more deliberately! What's your opinion about the business name having my name in it or not? Home Sweet Heidi obviously includes it because it's in your brand, but mine is Sold on Shawnee (the name of my town). I added my name because one of my colleagues said I needed to :-/

I think naming your team like the area is wise. It helps team members and makes the team more salable in the future if you decide to step away from the business or sell your team.

What about just using the Service Area Business? I have heard that is better so you aren't competing with your brokerage and other agents with the same address.

Thank you for the content. How do you add photos of the homes you sold? Do they have to be original photos taken by you or can you use the photos that were used in the listing of the home?

The photos have to have been purchased by you or given permission to utilize them.

When I am trying to do my page I clicked local store. I put in my brokerage address and it comes up and says "is this your business" and shows my brokerages name and address. So how do I bypass Google thinking I am trying to set up the same business that is already at that address??

The way we did it was to take a photo of them and post them in the photos.

Having a problem its suspending my account . " Your listing has been suspended due to quality issues." The address is set as an annex. Doesn't say anything against an annex.

Not if you use it as the address for your business.

Why would you show your home address so everyone knows where you stay, that seems to be too personal and too close for comfort?

Great question Randy. I think everybody will view this differently based on your comfort level with focusing your business in your own neighborhood/area. If it makes you uncomfortable then simply use your office address. Thanks for reaching out. I really appreciate it.
