Great video! I’m actually considering getting the Pixel 6 again in that sorta seafoam color. I’m tired of my iPhone and all the issues and I think the 6 is probably the best design Google has made so far. It isn’t a perfect phone, but even now it has 2 years of support left. You can get these for around $200 and at that price it beats any phones in that price range especially with the cameras.
And what functions does Google Pixel 6 have that other phones don't have, or that it doesn't have like its older brothers Pixel 7 or Pixel 8, are all the new features coming for everyone?
So, the newer devices have a decent amount of upgrades. But most noticeable upgrades would be a better screen and better cameras.. some of the camera software features are currently only on the new devices, but may come to the older one. But truly they're just more refined devices. Better cameras, better screens, better night time photos, faster processors. Also since they came out later, they will last longer from today's date.. but in 2-3 years the pixel 8 will be $200 and so if you're fine with an older device you'll be able to save money in the long run. 200$ for this one and then in a few years 200$ for the 8. Vs just paying $700 for the 8 right now. I would say for the majority of people the 6 will work perfectly for them.
My Network (Visible) wasn't allowing me to use the esim to connect. And the customer service with visible was awful. I gave up trying to order a physical sim and gave up on trying to use it as my main phone, mostly due to my want to have a smaller and less boxy design, so sadly I wasn't able to test it outside of its wifi capabilities.
Great video 📹 brother 👍 I wouldn't mind grabing this Pixel 6 since its updated til October 2026 I currently have my Samsung S20+ 5G but stuck on Android 13 no more software updates left!!! Least if i grab this right now in Canada 🇨🇦 between $250-$280 I'll get android 14 & 15 and security updates for 21/2 years! Till i decide to buy a pixel 10 or 11 in 2026 🥳🙃
@MichaelMEndenhall Welcome 🙏 Exactly 💯 I'm here in Canada 🇨🇦 flagship phones 📱 are not cheap, especially when paying an extra 35% on the dollar! Now starting with the pixel 8 series and going forward you get 7 years of updates meaning even if you get any pixel series in the feature 2-3 years old you will have 4-5 years left of software updates 😀 with a big difference cheaper price tag 👊🏻🙃
I can't deny that it was the build quality of the phone that made me want to get one. I just love the pixel design I have the six and it is brilliant going to get the 8 pro or maybe wait for the 9 to come out.
The 6 is my favorite design of them, but the 7 pro is when it took the leap to a pretty great phone. And the 8's are about to get a discount soon when the 9's come out
Yeah I’ll get that back, I’m an international student from Nepal, so there was a fake case I do have some evidence that’s why they got my phone and I gave them my password also so hope they won’t ruin my data and I got iPhone se 2020 it suc* to be honest cause of screen and back camera isn’t working nicely and my uni will give me up to 200£ so I was like why shouldn’t I get google 6 ( I just ordered it after seeing your video and it cost me 164£ I do have 15 pro max so was like google will be fine right ?
My Google Pixel 6 pro was for UK region , and it heated up when you open RU-vid particularly RU-vid shorts and the heating was pretty bad almost hurting me, also heated up when you use the Amazon prime app and also the shopping app. When I called their customer support they said I had to travel back to uk to return it and I had no plans to go to UK . I just sold it locally and took whatever money I got for it.
@@bambino2249 That's so funky.. I've had a similar issue with my one plus 9 pro. And traded it in to get the Samsung fold 4. What did you end up getting to replace it?
Those are fair options. Bit on the used market the 6a only is saving around $15. And I think more people would rather spend the extra money for a better refresh rate, bigger screen, etc. But not bad devices either way. Thank you for your comment.
