@@ExcelGoogleSheets I wondering or you could help me. I'm responsible for dedicating tasks for other people and I have an google doc sheet as my work tool. In that sheet there are a lot of separate work tasks, which ones I'm sharing with other people, as separate tasks or orders. Those tasks I'm sharing to separate created their file. Is there any chance to find a way how to create independent like "check box", which one could activate the same task in other file? once is activated to hide it or make it disappear from mine and appear in another one who would be clicking that box. Opposite scenario is also needed. If someone is unclicking that box tasks going back to the main list.

@@andriusnavickas5755 You can assign boolean values to check boxes and combine them with Importrange with nested IFs and lookup formulae or filter. The other way would be an apps script that loops over an array.
