Google Sheets Filter Function Date Criteria 

This video displays how the FILTER Function can be used in Google Sheets when working with "date criteria." In the first example a filter is applied on a data set based on a date range. The second illustration exhibits the MONTH Function nested within the FILTER Function for a "month filter." The final example is similar to the second, but this time the YEAR Function is nested within the filter to provide a "year filter."
