I use deployments to connect 2 Google App Script files, but the archiving function doesn't appear to work because they are always available and functional. Can’t we delete the old Deployments?

I should watch your video bef to update my apps, but now too late. My learned lessons when i saw this.new deploment method. I deployed new one, and archived the previous one, then realised users lost access with old URL which was saved in favorite. Then i re-deployed the old version from achieve, still not able to solve it as a mew URL generated. At last, i have to inform all users with new URL, and finally learned the difference of versions and deployment. Quite painful as lost users.

I have been trying to make web app mobile-friendly. Even modified my html codes for it to be aesthetically good on phones. However, I can't seem to make it work. Not sure if I can make it work now since there are changes to IDE.

But I really wouldn't bother you if I am not desperate to solve an issue. I have been struggling for weeks to solve one problem. I read lots of documentation, articles and books in order to find a solution, but unfortunately without success. I am developing a web application with Google Apps Script in order to automate some working processes in the school I am employed in. The app is for internal (in domain) use only. It’s not commercial. I am trying to find out is there any way that I can set up the app execution so the web application could: 1)access the data ( gmail, calendar) of user who is running the app, 2)access the data of the app's owner / deployer but only throughout the app (For example I don’t want to give access to spreadsheet data outside the app i.e. I don’t want to share the spreadsheet with an user accessing the app), 3)be installed by super admin for all domain users so the users will not be prompted for a consent screen in order to authorise use of the app. I understand if you wouldn't have no time to answer me.
