I said this during the premier, but i'll state it again for everyone to see. I think Bolivia might have a multiple personality disorder. Notice how one minute she's talking about war crimes, the next she's all poetic, and even saying quotes/making quotable lines. While not much evidence to support it, the only thing i've got is what i've stated above, I think I am on to something here.
