My thoughts are, AI can't do the research a human can. AI, at present, won't be able to provide source material or back up claims made within the article. Therefore, it seems that AI articles would be mostly word fluff with little usable content or real-world value. As a writer myself, it's easy to tell the difference. I have noticed that many articles online have poor grammar (AI makes a lot of mistakes) or they are written at an 8th grade (overly simplistic) reading level. The diversity of word usage is also diminished with AI. Natural writers will always provide more enjoyable content. BTW, great video!
I think the biggest risk with these tools is outsourced content, as you mentioned. It’s safer to learn these tools ourselves and use them as effective assistants than it is to buy content from an agency. At least you’ll know how much of your content is AI and how much of it is you. If you’re buying content today though, you’ve got to assume it’s all AI. Even if it’s not.
And that’s why I’ve stopped outsourcing. I got some stuff back that looked like an AI had written it, wrong facts, wrong stats and spinner content. Money down the drain.
It’s not really up to google, it may be the biggest search engine but it’s not the only search engine, and others can promote your website and drive traffic to it, google doesn’t own the internet and doesn’t have the right to say what you put on your website
I think you can outline your article headlines ,then produce content ,go back and run Grammarly, then add your own local flavor, i do as i do local roofing and want to use names descriptions and locations and add real pictures i took. then i feel perfectly safe, oh ill run copyscape just to be 100%.
I made 5 sites, completely done ( 100%) by a mix of AI tools in Renewables niche ( solar panels, non-english ) . It is under YMYL. From my experience, and i tested it, it is not about AI content but E.A.T. I did pay a few prominent authors that i found on Linkedin to be signed as co-authors, but thats a chump change for what i would have to pay for Content Writers in order to gain Topical Authority. And in this way im more safe from Core Updates.
@@rankingtactics EAT factors used: - Author of article - Author Page - no 404 - Author social media links - about us page - contact details - customer service page - email - privacy policy - terms of service - businnes adress - twiter description - twiter card - blog page - organization schema - meet the team page - rel=publisher - person schema And Author EAT hack is crucial but it cost some money (explanation @36min.)>>> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8JH0XXyn4PQ.html
I was looking for most time and cost efficient way to gain Topical Authorithy status, and i found it by bulding Topic Clusters with AI tools, and prompting it with Author EAT.
great update.. curious could you provide the link to the google webmaster guidelines? I went to their channel but difficult to find the exact video even with search! thanks in advance.
Well explained and you pointed it our right. If the content makes delivers the right message then there is no need to find who writes the content. But, I think Google does not want to make life easy and they want the Ad revenue to keep going.
I agree with your assessment! I do use Jasper on my less important niche sites and less Jasper on my big important high DA sites. I don't use Jasper to write my entire post. Just parts of it since I'm also a freelance writer so... I call it that I'm dancing with Jasper.
You can't just hit generate article and publish lol, AI isn't good enough for that. I don't see why AI-assisted content can't be used. You're still reviewing it, editing it, and making sure it's valuable to the user.
Behind the curtains. It's ALL AI run. Battle of the BOTS. Soon it will be the go-to across the board. From art to movies to music. So one MUST ask. Do they prefer plagiarism or creatism? 🤔
I guess you would be likely penalized if you let the AI do the job alone. But if you do most of the editing and formatting AI articles, I guess you should be fine.
Great video and analysis of this case! but I don't agree with you that Google will not release their ai language model like open ai... simply because they made it for usage... and there are now so many ai not only open ai... last note... Google is trillion much bigger than gpt3...but do we know how much will be gpt 4 that will be released this October?!!! some report say it will be 12 trillion!!!!
Well, the problem is computation power astronomically increases with the model size. I don’t think it would make sense financially for people to pay to use the model. I could be wrong, but OpenAI said they are going for better models not bigger models. I would imagine Google will eventually follow suit otherwise each run might cost $10 for a few hundred words output.
I just found a way to trick hugging face AI detector to pass ai generated content as REAL. haha... When there is a will, there is a way. Wll, I used the same technique you used. Lol. Just saw.
So Google can use it to re-write the featured snippet results and queries...but you can't use it to write content faster :) Ok Google, I'll just do what you say without question. Ja Vol Mein Capitan (Not) - Wayne's Worlded it .... awesome.....
Your course is awesome BTW Matt. I spent a lot of time myself creating templates in OpenAi and this was awesome. I love Frase even more now and you did an amazing job explaining all the concepts. I'll write you a glowing review anytime. (without using Frase - as you like to say). Just send me a link :)
