GOOIT Gy560 frequency counter
testing cheap frequency counter from china.
Like we see on YT, some models can detect smartphone.
Mine can not.
But I need it just to check car keys, I hope it will be enough to check if car keys emit or not.

I might offer my little bit on this as well. 2 Things. Firstly, grab a couple pieces (red & black is best) of wire, feed it in through the hanging hole and solder the positive to the base of the antenna. Solder the black to any grounded pin (there are lots of them. Close it back up and you've got yourself a cheap and surprisingly accurate antenna based AND wired frequency counter. Secondly, this unit is rated 50MHZ to 2.4GHZ. Using the added wired functionality and it accurately measures all the way down to 2MHZ accurately. Good review and thanks again for helping me decide.

@Steve Boyd Hello, since this video I don"t use it like a frequency counter, but like a field detector only. Your way can help to have a better accuracy.. Thank you for your comment.

I bought one.. I have no problems whatsoever. have to have antennas near each other...

yes, finally it's work very well. It need just to learn to push the button to display the good function.

what needs to be replaced when you get the no signal to display instead of any continuous reading

Some skeys emit continue signal, and other keys emit a single short signal. First to replace is battery of the key.
