Glad I wasn't the only one to see that. Honestly just makes me realise there aren't a ton of old-movie Mario mods. Like I get that it's not a good film but, I think you could get something neat out of it.
I love how accurately this is portrayed. Luigi has seen true horror in the mansion games, but Mario thinks this is just another minion, with luigi thinking it’s something greater. It’s also funny that mostly Luigi is using vocals, and Mario is just “edutatidatu”
I like to imagine that at the very end, the Goomba(?) was going to go through all of its phases once again, but Mario immediately stomped on it since he learned his lesson to not let the goomba progress further.
ok this is my absolute FAVORITE mario mix because it feels... official??? like it's not some satanic twisted mario, it's a goomba with magic. it even ends just like it would if nintendo made it! edit: HAHAHAH I JUST NOTICED LUIGI WAVING AT THE GOOMBA AT 2:49 I LOVE THAT
I love the difference in personality of these two, Luigi is terrified of this creature, while Mario takes fighting this creature as a challenge, I must say this would fit PERFECTLY into the Mario universe, looks like kamek is up to his old tricks again!
I love how Mario and Luigi just stomps the goomba towards the end once his live action Mario movie form wears off by cooldown. They aren’t FNF characters, they are video game characters, they don’t sing, they fight. Well done to those who worked in this btw!✨🔥
@andreonics Yeah for an inexplicable reason in the live action Mario movie they made Goombas tall small-headed reptilian folk that wear giant red trenchcoats with the same kind of 2 belt thing over their shoulder
@@andreonicsidk, it’s insanely weird. There’s pretty much nothing “Mario” in it. The only things that even came remotely close to resembling Mario, were some of the outfits and the names. For the rest, it might as well be a completely different movie.
This is straight CREATIVE, you didn't just replace Sonic with just Mario, you gave it a twist and created instead of a boring ripoff a epic bossbattle. Not to mention the fact that the Goomba's final form is literally the... creepy... goomba from the live-action, truly genius!

@@st0rmstrid3r nope, the bosses are more so original bosses based on normal enemies with bowser and bowser jr. boss fights here and there. bowser jr. also shows up as the boss of pretty much every tower
I imagine that this goomba wasn’t just given this power Bowser wouldn’t make a minion stronger than him The goomba likely gave himself this power, and tried to use it against the Mario bros The Mario bros didn’t attack at first because the goomba looked different, and they didn’t want to jump on something that may counter them Of course, this let the goomba transform, and grab the bros After Mario broke out and the two fell, the goomba had to shrink to his normal size to reach the bros After that he tried to transform again, but Mario was smart enough to prevent it from happening
Absolutely love how much is blended into a single song here. The visuals being in the similar range to Flipnote The use of Super Mario bros DS’s Giant Goomba boss as the set up DS’s(?) third form and above using a look similar to Live Action version of Goomba. And obviously the Magi-Koopa symbol magic motif through out after the reveal. Excellent work here with the stuff you woven in. Also side note, I love the Goomba’s vocals
I wanna see luigi or mario breakdance at least once in this Mario Mix. For some reason, THIS IS LITERALLY ONE OF THE BEST REMIXES!!! LOVE HOW MARIO AND LUIGI WORK TOGETHER INSTEAD OF IT JUST BEING ONE OF THEM AS THE FAKER
Story: Bowser was sick of those pesky plumbers always winning so he ordered Kamek to take one of his minons and put a spell on them to beef them up, and conveniently, there was a Goomba that was caught wearing a wire so that way he could kill Bowser and take over his castle (kinda stupid considering his size). So Kamek used the spell and it made the Goomba violent and chaotic and able to use a quarter of kamek's spells like changing his shape. And so, Bowser sent him out to the castle, and that's how the song started.
This takes place during New Super Mario Bros. technically so here Mario & Luigi are at the end of World 4. Here unfortunately Bowser is dead during the events of the game since he got killed at the end of world 1
Misfire. There is not a thing about this song I dislike. The main villain design was incredible. The Mario Brothers actually sound like themselves. The song was a certified banger, and the story being told throughout was really fun to watch! The classic Mario Bros style of the characters and setting was the cherry on top for sure! I loved this!
I love that not only is there a reference to the 90s Mario Bros movie with the giant form, but the fact this is World 4-Castle from New Super Mario Bros DS, down to the switch that gives you the platforms to jump on the giant goomba (I literally just 100% that game over the weekend, so it's pretty fresh in my brain). All in all, amazing job to all parties involved!
I love how it makes the magic sound before the song starts, and the matter that makes up the goombas eyes has the same symbols that magikoopas wand shoots

I understand that you may think to yourself that one might need to keep one's skills sharp through tough times but one must also look after oneself's emotional well being. Just make sure you aren't using you craft unwisely alright. ..ngl, he kinda funky with his vocals. I definitely see this as Kamek just testing his new wand and was so utterly terrified by the reality bending that he just let the bros have this one
As a lover of bulky boys in trench coats (and probably the only person who likes the og movie goomba design) I gotta say this might be the best design to come out of this series yet!
Very interesting take on a gamebreaker mario mix with the big goomba boss fight from new super mario bros ds being where this is set, And also the fully transformed design being a reference to how the goombas looked in the mario movie (the really bad version not the good one) and it actually makes it look cool here.

I love how the colors used make the art look like it was made with Flipnote. Fitting since the location shown here is the boss room from World 4 of New Super Mario Bros., and the warning screen at the beggining is based on the oppening screen of the DS. The attention to details is crazy!
I just realized that the color palette looks like flipnote note studio’s color scheme. Nice touch and I love that Luigi tagged along with Mario here =]
i love how this is kinda accurate to the older super mario games, where Bowser in every level apart from the last is actually just a goomba in disguise
this gives me a game concept where the OG movie universe is colliding with the mario-verse we know and love, and it's up to mario and luigi to stop whatever's causing this, before the game becomes so "bad", in terms of messy a messy "script" (aka code and the game itself) that their world ceases to exist
I love it when people make enemies an actual threat by turning them into EXEs. Such a shame that not many people have done this, like what AnarackWarriors did with "The Hunter".
@@ivoneo2806 I know that's probably the case, but when a game franchise has EXEs most of them are based on the protagonist, with the other majority being their sidekick, their rival, their love interest, and their arch-nemesis. Minor characters need some love too.
Idk why but the art remind me of something from something from flipnite hatana, i wonder if this mix will he based on any mario animation from their Edit: so from what i can it only sort of uses the color palette while the goomba is based on its design from the original mario movie but I think this is a pretty good mix :)
Don't stain, a Goomba was totally corrupted, 1:30 There seems to be a reference to the figures from the squid game, even the Goomba almost has the outfit, I love the visual and the mix, I'm sorry, very excellent 👍🏼🌟😎
I wonder now who this little goobers name is…maybe GM or something that sounds similar to DX, damn with this many Mario Mixes this mod is gonna be huge…cant wait to get Funky in the Forest Of Mayhem once you make the mod Misfire, keep it up!
