Bruh, the sad fact is that the majority of people out here don't know their ass from their elbow when it comes to this rap shit especially the finer points of lyricism. The people who gravitate to this level of lyricism are all serious about their love of the music/culture. That same majority of people only dig whatever their friends are into or what's popular/trending. They're not serious about their so called "love" of the music and are incapable of explaining why they like a particular song or artist. The type of person who describes said artist or song as a "banger" or "hot". I didn't mean to rant on like that. When I get started on this issue and really get going.
