This episode was never going to be made, but the number of requests I’ve gotten for it became overwhelming, so here it is! It likely answers none of the questions you’ve all had about this gopher that has been trying to kill Benny Sharp and his friends, in fact it likely raises more questions, but now at least there is a full episode dedicated to the Gopher.
This episode also finally pays off something that has been teased many times, which is Benny Sharp and Dr Champagne McGreggor finally going on a first date. Will they be a more interesting couple than Kayla and Tayrun? I mean, no offense to Kayla and Tayrun, but obviously yeah.
Of course this is also a PopCross Community Redraw episode where I’m taking subscribers submitted dinosaurs and am redesigning them into various creatures and beings to fit into the newly named ‘Glitchyverse’ which, SPOILER ALERT, is the same dimension in which my ‘AI Wrote This’ videos and my April Fools day video take place. Honestly, as someone who's actually LGBTQ+, I gotta thank you for putting in a gay couple as your ocs, and not just side characters, but 2 of the most popular. When Champagne was introduced, I thought the gay here would just be an elephant in the room thing, not really touched apon, but you didn't do that, and I have to thank you for it. :)

I’m confused, laughing and enjoying the story. Did this video confirm shampoo McGreggor is from this world. Vasillia hasn’t mentioned the jaguar thing as far as I know so even though we know is Benny just all knowing because of his 4th wall breaking abilities or did she just tell him. I guess the glitchyverse just draws from other universes, was the squid guy from the backrooms video the previous overseer since he clearly isn’t one anymore. Whatever the answers this was certainly one of the more chaotic wonderful videos.

Vasilia mentioned it in the Fantasy Armor episode with her and Tayrun. I think that was the one where Christian turned Goldilocks into a Viking. Benny mentioned it one time and she nervously denied it being fact because he shouldn't have known.

Grapefruit melancholy the 16st was a teacher who thought it was weird that I put risk of opening an interdimensional portal through which a Gopher with a ray gun drops on a risk assessment for DC theory and resistors. Thing is I think one of the resistors what's made of non-contagious strange matter. This strange matter turned into concentrated dark matter when the electric current was being passed through it. This caused the resistor to turn invisible and open a portal through which a Gopher with a ray gun fell through followed by Benny sharp. Do with that what you will.

Honestly love this episode. Just a few minutes in and so many things are getting tied together. The Gopher with a Raygun/Gopherseer, the simple backgrounds, the AI generated monsters, Glitch/Gopherverse, all of it. Plus things Back-Cells Prison and Vasilia being a Werejaguar being mentioned were great touches. I really like how this ties a bunch of narrative elements together that normally aren't important enough to need an explanation while also still being utterly ridiculous in a fun way. Especially since it implies further ridiculousness off screen like the Gopherseer somehow taming a bunch of monsters and becoming an overseer. Plus Benny and Champagne were phenomenal, their dynamic was fun and I enjoy seeing them get together while treating it so normally. Like a typical relationship

Good god... the damn gopher is an OVERSEER?? Also, wow, can't believe Champagne cut off a crab monster's arm first try. His aim is much better with a sword than with a gun. Also, YES! The first kiss between Champagne and Benny! Also love that Vasilia clarified how passionate it was and embarrassed Champagne. I friggin love this dude, he's still my absolute favorite character of yours. Edit: Backcells prison... As soon as Astra started to say a place not even an overseer could escape from, I KNEW that's where this was going. Which will obviously lead into introduces the kid into the multiverse and to the Sharp Gang, right?

Something I think would be really interesting to add to the lore of the SCP Dragons is that the Slayers of Cursed Predators only hunt and contain creatures bearing the mark or some sort of magical residue of an otherworldy god-like dragon called the Imperial Scarlet Devildragon, Tayrun's dimension's version of the Scarlet King, that was long ago trapped in a magical prison realm. Perhaps it was the very first overseer that locked the Imperial Scarlet Devildragon away and tasked the Slayers with hunting down and studying that which was affected by the Devildragon's power. It would clear up why the Slayers choose specific targets and not things like the fallen Fazbian Kingdom's cursed dragons, as well as provide more of a reason as to why most of them are being studied. At least, provide reasons known to only the highest ranking Slayers. You could also include a version of SCP-1609, A Chair, which in Tayrun's world is just a pile of scales and bones of what used to be the Saddled Teleporting Wyvern or something along those lines; a beast that would teleport to any person in need of a mount. The Slayers would have considered it relatively harmless and too difficult to contain, so they would let it go. However, a group called the Guardians against Occult Creatures (Tayrun's dimension's Global Occult Coalition) killed it because it could have exposed the existence of such supernatural creatures, reducing it to pieces of a vengeful corpse.

Love the work new idea maybe one month you can do videos talking about the narrators (ancestors) An example of a video idea is olympians as armors and since the olympians would have been around way before Benny sharpe’s time he can talk about how his great grandfather made these armors, the can also be kinda old school compared to Benny sharpe’s or you can talk about tayren’s grandfather and how he discovered dragons and creatures that are now extinct that Tayren is now trying to recreate. What a wild ride. I loved this episode, the moment I realized that the Gopher was an Overseer I got pumped. Honestly, I hope we have more bizzare creatures/characters as Overseers in the future, just to really stretch the limits of how your universe functions. Really hyped for the next episode on Friday and the next Community Redraw! To be honest, there's almost no limit to what can or cannot be a Backrooms entity, so I'm excited to see what you personally choose as the designs for the redraw.

X3 I love the fact that the re-draws represent almost all your famous topics on the channel; Superheroes, Dragons, Dinosaurs, Fantasy Armors, Monsters/Beasts.... it would have been amazing if you would have found a way to get a Mech Armor there to close circle, but there ware already many draws. It was a good way to finish both sagas and the development of Champagne. And I loved that Benny's fourth wall's breaks were so high this time! it really helped make it yet funnier. This was a very nice episode, good work, and thank you for actually turning the joke into a reality.

I had a deep thought similar to my previous thoughts. This thought was, what if Malzeno was a member of the Demon Slayer Corp? I say this because Malzeno is known as the Scarlet Feast, the Blood Baron, and the Bloodening. In Demon Slayer, the nichirin swords are made of Scarlet steel, or something like that, which absorbs energy from the sun on the mountain it is found on. Malzeno is the flagship of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, which includes a period of time when the sun is setting, and the sky turns red, and the moon is out as well. This also became a thought of, “What if Malzeno was a D&D Samurai who hunted demons?” This is because the Samurai has a lot of restorative abilities that can heal you and such, that reminded me of Malzeno. What do you think Christian?

I've suggested a video where Benny Sharp is fighting a team of gophers a few times, and the gopher of this story as the leader of that team could be a nice little follow-up to this video; I've been calling that Benny Sharp vs. the Gundam Gophers. Once again, I think it would be amusing to see Dragons as Magical Girls for at least one episode.

I don't know why it took me so long to realize this but each of the redraws are similar to the types of series you have; The Wooly Monkey is a Kaiju; The Flame-Rex is like an SCP, the Infernal Crabscorp Crawler is a demon, the Dino lady is a superhero, and the last one is a Dragon

Video Idea: The Sharp Gang plays Dungeons & Dragons with Champagne as the dungeon master. The campaign starts pretty good, but soon the entire game falls apart. Champaign finally loses it, throughs the game at the wall, and leaves the room.
