@@alfonsozepeda1 There were no flaggers on the up side of the jump, or on the straight before it. Just a guy who can run, and another who could waddle, both having flags and running/waddling to the wrong side of the jump. Look again before they get to the jump. A fence with fans on the left, and 2 brain dead flaggers on the open infield, (I have never seen flaggers standing 30 meters from the track before). Lucky he got up and going before any bikes came around. The track is safer than the flaggers.
It looked like Geeets had a rut in the face that took him closer to the center. He did have 4 meters more track on his left. I thought he got too close to another guy who was swapping as he passed him also. Picking his bike up and crossing the track when the flaggers were useless was just as risky. I thought he was going to get T-boned. Glad he didn't get hurt. Still got 2nd to I think. I don't think I have seen anybody land on somebody and crash before, and still do as well as 2nd.
I don’t think he cross-jumped him. The stupid lapper just didn’t realize his line would run into jago’s Happened to me before, you just gotta literally dodge lappers sometimes lol
@@moochiezpitt No, you don't "Move". You hold your line. He was doing that, but it looks like the ruts on the face of the jump were pointing at each other a bit. Geerts got pretty close to a swapping lapper too.
Terry from Christchurch New Zealand, what an awsome level of fitness, long moto in sand wreaking the average man.... corset the Yamaha superior suspension cirtanly helps lol
If you have never seen the movie, "The worlds fastest Indian",---get it. You will love that true story about a man, his spirit, and his machine from New Zealand. Such a great story.
To get T-boned by another racer going 80Km/hr while picking up your bike,---because the 2 flaggers are worthless. When you get hurt by another bike because the flagger is not doing their job, you don't blame the other racer.
They say "You can't yell FIRE in a crowded movie theater.". But a movie theater is privately owned, and all you have to do is get permission from the owner.
Lappers should not move over. They should just hold their line. The ruts on the face of the jump brought them together, but there was still a lot of room on the left side of the track. More than anything Geerts picked the wrong rut and should have stayed away from the guy. He got pretty close lapping a swapping rider too a bit earlier IMO.
@@EarthSurferUSA u may wont 2 re watch the video a cple of times and watch were ur laper comes from. they came 2 gether about in middle of track the laper jumps TOWARDS HIM ALSO‼ if he didnt SEE OR HEAR him coming I wood atleast get a hearing aid if I was laper
Everyone saying it was the lappers fault geerts crashed, geerts was the Guy that crossjumped, the lapper jumped straight and It’s always the guy behinds fault..
The lapers should move out the way of the leaders the laper jump straight on the jump which.was a corner jump it was Turning that's why he got jumped to the right and then crashing into the latter who didn't move out the way for him divy
