Hi Bluebee... Thanks for the video on how to pair the Karma drone to the Karma controller. You did a very good job of showing us how to pair it. Unfortunately, you did absolutely NOTHING to help those of us having a problem with pairing the Karma Drone to the Remote, like you said in your comment. I don't mean to sound sarcastic. I apologize if I do. It's just that I've been trying to pair my Karma Drone to my Remote for the last 2 weeks, with no success. I'm having the same problem that many, MANY, others are having. After the End-of-Life announcement from GoPro and the final update, the drones just won't pair. I've gone through the exact steps you showed numerous times (too many to even remember), I've also gone through various troubleshooting steps recommended online, including manually updating the controller firmware to the latest firmware (2.50.1). None of that worked. I suggest that you rename your video to something other than "GoPro Karma Pairing Fix". You are not showing a fix. You're just showing the standard pairing method... and those of us who've been trying to really fix the pairing issue are already at our wit's end. It's one thing to watch a video that proposes a fix that doesn't work... it's a shot. But to watch a video that says it's a "Fix" only to see that it just shows the standard pairing procedure... well... it kinda pisses us off. Thanks for trying...
Still can’t get mine to work and the worst part is even in pairing mode the camera doesn’t initialise. From the video I see the camera is initialised when I’m paring mode which is a different story for me. Any suggestions?
Not pairing, tried tens of times and also the gimbal does not wake up when powering on the drone. The remote always shows an update available no matter how many times I update it. Yes it is connected to wifi and also tried resetting a few times. Camera up to date, gimbal up to date, both checked in the Quik desktop app. Still grounded.
