Just seen this for the first time. Every credit to Rachel for the control here. I couldn't imagine getting down that course faster than her with a ten minute headstart! It was so technical and dangerous but she made it look so easy. But that's why she was world champion. Well done, Rachel, truly amazing.

I was thinking the same thing. It must be an official requirement to put padding on things, but those little pads are not going to do a great deal to protect at the speeds they were going.
