@@MrJokkoma very few things compare physically, mentality and cardiovascular to a 35 minute Motocross moto. Their heart rates stay around 180-190 for 35 minutes. That's absolutely insane. People don't realize how unbelievably good shape you need to be in to be competitive in this sport
